The dining room is beautiful. A remake of Timberline Lodge at Mt. Hood. Atmosphere makes for a lovely dining experience. The food was excellent, especially the sirloin steak and pork. The only downside was the amateur staff that needs far more training in order to match the level of decor and food. We never got bread even after asking for second time. We had to wait 5 minutes after twice asking for silverware with entree since silver wasn't replenished. All staff was friendly just not trained in service procedures.
