We recently had dinner at Palmyra, the restaurant at The Peaks. The quality of the food and service were absolutely excellent. The dining room is gorgeous, with an incredible view. Our waitress was so helpful, and she got all of our "special requests" right! Patrick Funk, head chef, is creative and uses top quality ingredients. We had the halibut in a sauce that was so tasty but didn't overpower the fish. Prices are typical for Mountain Village fine dining, but the main courses are large enough to share. We are so glad to see this restaurant continue its fine service and delicious fare.

We had breakfast here. Did not want buffet so order eggs, home fries, sauage and "lemon" pancakes off the menu. All decent food. However, the view was spectacular! One floor to ceiling window looks out at the "Coors" mtns and they other out at the tiny strip of airport and all the house nestled in the mtns. Look down and there is a beautiful golf course.
