This hotel located near the sea, so much fresh air and pleasant breeze blowing constantly.
Cleaning and change of linen every day, and free two bottles of water per person. Breakfast - choice is, but the same range. Of the fruit only watermelons and pineapples.
There is a massage parlor and a small gym.
Rooms and furniture in them old. All rooms have sea view, but it is better to take even numbers on the higher floors closer to Jomtien beach. Pool small but very nice. In the sea you can swim, but water is usually murky, it is better to go to the neighboring island of Koh Lan!
Walking on a beach about 300 meters on the street with massage parlors, cafes, bars and shops, mini-market, 7 / 11.

I booked through a travel holidays group. it looked great in photos on the net but man did I get a suprise. It is out dated the beds were dirty I had bugs and hair in mine. i slept on top of the bed with my airline blanket. The bathroom was in need of a make over. The shower was rusted mould on the walls grout was black my dogs live in better facilitys. I could only stay the 1 night left the next day without a refund and then they charged for having a drink out of the fridge. There were 8 people for breakfast in the whole hotel. Most hotels in asia you get breakfast included here it was not a cheap deal and breakfast was extra. Found a hotel on the same road was lovely and staff were very friendly. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I think the photo's must have been taken about 40 years ago. It was dirty, the beds were dirty. The service was terrible. The bathroom was filthy. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

Have stayed in many hotels in the world & this has to be the worst one ever.
The staff were rude when they could even try to speak English, the rooms were disgusting the bed felt like you were lying on a rock the sheets were that old they had tears & were grey in colour. The shower head was rusted you got a blob of water not a flow the balcony door lock was broken the bed tilted so the blood ran to your head.
We all decided to change hotels the next day we were supposed to stay 7 nights & only stayed 1 thats how bad it was. Do yourself a favour dont stay at this dirty outdated hotel which is owned by Russians that says it all. We moved to Jomtien Garden Hotel & had the most wonderful & enjoyable stay there!!!!
When we mentioned to the locals what Hotel we had left they all laughed & said it was 75 years old & didnt have a good reputation!!!!! I dont think they have done much to improve this dump for at least 60 years.

we were booked into this hotel by Destinations R Us Holidays and it was the worst possible experience of our time in Pattaya. The room was filthy with lot of dust. The bathroom had cockroaches and the balcony door was broken and could not get to the balcony. The single bed provided for my little daughter was totally broken and when we complained they changed it but the entire experience left a bad taste in our mouth. I will surely not recommend it to anyone. The staff is uncooperative and most of them can barely speak english
