If you are a spring nature lover and wants excellent service, you will never go wrong staying at Four Seasons Resort Vail. Arriving at midnight, we were greeted by very courteous valet employee who also took care of all our luggages. As we enter our room, a tray of chocolate with "Welcome to Vail" inscriptions and a bowl with fresh fruits were waiting for us. We were so awed by the scenery as we open our balcony door.....we have the view of the green hillside and the ski slopes still partially covered with little bit of snow.
Location is very accessible to shopping, food and bars....Village Inn and Lionshead.
Hotel personnel are courteous and sensitive to your needs. They are quick to assists you if you look lost. When we checked out and waiting for our ride, driveway personnel were quick to offer bottled water for our trip.
Make sure you try the food at their The Flame restaurant. They also have the best sommelier who made the perfect wine choice for everyone of us.

Four seasons is a great addition to the hotel choices in Vail. It truly exceeded all expectations. The property was beautiful and the staff could not have been more pleasant. All around it was perfect. The worst part was having to leave!

We visited in Vail at the end of May and that means is out of season.
The hotel is wonderful and the service was almost perfect in rooms and pool.
The problem was with breakfast .It is hard to believe that a hotel of this level considers that it doesn't worth to serve buffet breakfast only because they are not full at this time of the year...
Instead ,they had a very expensive and poor offer "a la carte": one single glass of orange juice for $8, two eggs -any style- for $17 and they serve them without bread ,when I asked for bread they charged me $6 for 2 small slices. We stopped here with our breakfast and paid for 2 persons a total of $60 including taxes .The coffee we had later at "Starbucks".
That's a real shame for this chain of luxury hotels.
Other days I've seen people from the hotel having breakfast in town. Even if people are ready to pay for a luxurious hotel ,they don't have to be ripped ,there is a limit in everything!

My cousin and I just came back from a weekend vacation and stayed at the Four Seasons Vail Resort. It was an excellent choice, hotel staff were all very warm, hospitable and yet very professional. The location is right next to the Vail Village where you can find good shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a free bus ride that goes around town. The view was gorgeous and very relaxing. This hotel is perfect for anyone that wants to visit Vail....honeymooners, family vacation, friends or business. Lots of outdoor activities and if you come, make sure your stay longer than 2 days.

I was fortunate to spend a night here in April. It was Excellent. If you can afford it, it is service on a par with any place in the world. All that I had expected.

I booked two garden view rooms in late April, but was informed before our arrival that the hotel wing of the hotel was shut town that week due to construction. My two rooms were upgraded to one four bedroom residence, and let met tell, that was the most magnificent hotel room or condo I have ever been in. The beds were incredible, the kitchen fully stocked with cookware, and the patio had an amazing view of the mountain.

If you aren't fortunate enough to score such an upgrade, you will still love the pool area and the town of Vail. Everything in Vail Village is within walking distace of the hotel's back door. Also, if you have the chance, eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Flame. It's the best breakfast I've ever had.

Very nice place. We went off season for discounted price, but it was the best hotel that we stayed, period. We would definitely go back.
