We've been to Vail twice in the last three months and both times we've stayed at the Four Seasons. The hotel is great, the location is perfect and the service is top notch. My son had surgery at the nearby Steadman Clinic and the hotel staff was caring and attentive. They even drove us back and forth to appointments. In particular I'd like to recognize Raphael Pazzini who is in charge of the rooms at the hotel. As returning guests Raphael reached out to us in advance to inquire about our needs for the upcoming stay, got us a room upgrade and was in touch throughout our visit. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vail. Just a great experience.

My family and I visited Vail about two weeks ago, we stayed at the four seasons, what a great hotel, the service was amazing in every way. Could not go wrong by staying here. Love this place, we will be back. My only regret is we did not bring our swim gear.

My family and I visited the Four Seasons Vail for a skiing trip. When we pulled up to the entrance, you're immediately greeted by valet. Parking is a little pricey per day, but it's sort of your only option. The hotel offers a room to hold all of your skiing gear right at the entrance of the hotel that is warmed and provides a shuttle to the main chair lifts for the mountain, free of charge.

The overall feel of the hotel is an elegant lodge; very cozy but with a certain refinement. Our room had a fireplace, balcony with a view of the mountain, large flatscreen TV, luxurious and spacious bathroom, as well as a foyer with a mini bar and walk-in closet. It was very easy to feel completely at ease (especially with the free-standing, deep bathtub!).

The best part of the hotel for me was the spa. Guests can just go down in robes and slippers that are provided in the rooms and use all of the facilities. This includes the main dressing area, bathroom, makeup room, showers, spa pool, steam room, and sauna. The great thing was because we went during a slow time, I had the entire spa to myself every day. It felt like just mine! Another wonderful feature was a sitting area for both sexes. It had a cozy fireplace, couches and chairs, an outdoor sitting area with fireplace that looked at the awesome pool, and flavored water and other refreshments. While actual services are slightly overpriced (everything is overpriced, but also fabulous, in Vail) it was nice to take advantage of the facility.

We didn't get a chance to check out the main restaurant but the main showcased different cuts of meat and looked grand and delicious. Another thing that should be noted is the staff. Every single person was courteous, professional, pleasant, prompt, and very accommodating. The location is in-between downtown Vail and Lionshead. We walked everywhere and it never felt too far.

Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Can't wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone!

Room Tip: I'm not sure there is a room with a bad view. Choosing room would really be personal preference...

We arrived Christmas day , upon arrival we were greeted by Mark who gave us a warm welcome.
Our mountain view room was lovely. Dinner at Flame was very memorable- our server Cameron
made our dining experience wonderful. Breakfast the next morning was delicious - the chef who prepared the omelets was excellent, our server Susan did an excellent job! Renting our ski pacakge from the hotel was the best. Upon arrival to the Four Seasons ski concierge at the base of Vail Village Mountain we were well taken care of the the entire staff. Nick helped us each day along with Ian and the rest fo the staff . Having a locker to keep your things in each day was a real plus! We will return next Christmas , we look forward to another memorable stay.
Prior to our stay Matt , LIndsay and Sunny helped me with dining reservations as well helping all the details we needed to learn more about Vail Village.

Room Tip: Mountain Vew is wonderful

I have stayed at many 5-star hotels (Peninsula, Mandarin, Ritz-Carlton, other Four Seasons, etc) and this is my favorite of the bunch, by far. The hotel itself is both cozy and beautiful, large but not impersonal. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. We just returned from a ski trip with our two kids (ages 5 and 7) and the FS folks had set up tents for them in the room, cozied up with blankets and pillows and flashlights. While we were there, they had a beautiful walk-in gingerbread house built in the lobby, all in the style of the Grinch, and unveiled it with a Grinch party for the kids. These touches are what makes the hotel so special. The kids are counting down the days until we return. So are we.

Room Tip: The rooms are all quite enormous, so you can't go wrong there. Ask for a mountain view room.

I am not one to usually write reviews, however we just returned from 5 days at the Four Seasons in Vail and had such a fantastic vacation. We visited the hotel with our 3 young children and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. At check in, Kira, one of the managers noticed our rooms were not connecting as we had booked, and she quickly took care of the issue and we had a fabulous room for our stay that was able to accommodate all of us comfortably. The amenities for the kids were so cute...mini size robes, slippers, delivered cookies and milk, a tent to play in, treats at check in....the list goes on and on. The ski concierge was wonderful and so helpful with arranging the ski rentals for the day. The bellmen/shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful and prompt. The spa was another highlight. I highly recommend a massage with Kristin!!! IT was fantastic! Lyndsey at the concierge desk was so very helpful in giving us suggestions and arranging reservations for us and always had a smile! As a traveler who has visited many nice places, the Four Seasons in Vail is definately at the top of our list! We look forward to visiting again!

Great location in Vail. Unbelievable service from staff. Ski concierge service is really helpful. Rooms have built in chargers for various devices so not to worry if you forget yours at home. Robes and slippers for guests. Heated pool and spa.

Only downfall is that you lose money if you have to cancel within the 30 day window of your stay. Wished it was within 24-48 hours like other hotels.

Make sure to get the signature "Hot Chocolate" in the bar at least once during your stay! Quite the experience...has ruined me for hot chocolate anywhere else...lol
