We met here with a group of adults and a smattering of children. Room layout was clever, making good use of space, nice bathrooms, and great kitchen. It is not a shiny, new kind of place, but is comfortable and homey. Staff was universally friendly, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast downstairs everyday gets everyone on the mountain a little faster. Then, skiing all day, hot tub, shower, and can pop dinner in oven upstairs or easy walk to restaurants. Workout room is a little sad but apparently guests also have access to a bigger one. I was happy enough with a treadmill and food network, though. Nice bar area with "on call" staff. Not ski-in but a reasonably short walk, even for a kid.
Overall, I would recommend is place to a variety of travelers. In fact to anyone except a seeker of super modern, sleek design.
