We recently got the "couples package" here which I thought was well thought out as far as the process of how things went. The massage therapists did a good job making you feel relaxed, and concentrating on the specific areas needed. The room was well equipped, lighting and ambient music was great, and the tables were comfortable. The locker rooms were nicely decorated and had all of the amenities you'd expect for a place of this nature. It had a sauna, steam shower, showers with body jets, relaxation pool, etc. The only gripes we had about it were one, when they prepared our private jetted tub for use, the water was almost scalding hot. I understand they fill it prior to our arriving at our appointment and want it to still be warm after our massage session, but maybe a little bit more attention to the temperature would help especially if you have to sit there refilling it with cold water just to make it bearable. The second gripe we had was when they brought in the so-called chefs variety of desserts and champagne to eat & drink while sitting in the tub. The variety of fruit was good and fresh, but we feel if they were planning on bringing out a variety of cookies along with the rest of it, that they should have at least had them freshly made because they tasted like the normal cheap store bought packaged hard cookies you'd see at all the big chain grocery stores. So needless to say we didn't eat those. For the money you pay for this package, we feel those two "issues", especially the last one should have never even came up. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would probably visit this spa again.
