I was in the bar Frost Saturday night and there was a very drunk customer there. Now I have worked in the industry before and I know firsthand that dealing with an incoherent customer can be a huge annoyance but this bartender took that out on the whole entire bar as if it were a rally or something. The bartender was named Scott I believe. He was older, glasses and balding for a brief description. Anywho back to the incident: so he obviously couldn't handle the situation because he turned the lights up all the way and turned the music off and came out from behind the bar and yelled at everyone to get out. Mind you your bar is supposed to be open until 2am on weekends. And this whole thing happened at 12:35ish. I was completely turned off from going there ever again. He is definitely an older guy and I would assume he was hired for his experience (no one that age just jumps in the service industry game for fun) but he might be a little washed out for this resort type deal. Outside of this situation he was rude before that and not personable whatsoever. And he wasn't cleaning or doing anything productive to the customers eye. I just really hope that whoever is managing this aspect of the hotel does something about this person. I would hope not all the bartenders are like this guy because I have seen really good reviews about Frost.
