Gorgeous, just gorgeous. This was real Jackie O style glamour.

The location is excellent with everything walking distance. The farmers market was on the day I arrived. Being here in summer is, I imagine, a different experience to deep winter, but no less lovely.

The communal areas inspire exploration: the pools, library, lobby, restaurants; it's all good.

My room was down a long long corridor from the elevator. Once there is was worth the walk. I love to enter a room and hear nice music playing, it just sets the mood so well.

There's no fridge, microwave, luggage rack or iPod dock in the room. There is a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is extra.

The bed and pillows were excellent.

The shower, towels and toiletries (large bulk bottles) were fine.

Parking is valet for a daily fee.

It was a lovely two night stay and I would happily return anytime.

We absolutely loved the Sebastain. The hotel location is within walking distance to everything in Vail village and a 1/2 mile walk to Lionshead. The views from our balcony were incredible. We stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom suite which was ideal for our 13 year old son, my husband and me. The entire hotel is very stylishly decorated and feels extremely welcoming. We also really enjoyed relaxing in one of the hot tubs and sitting fire-side after a day of shopping. The staff was always very helpful and responded promptly to all of our requests. The only negative that I could really say is that the we didn't feel the restaurants offered much variety. The Marketplace (which we grabbed a to go breakfast a couple mornings) was limited in their selection and pricey for what they offered. We were really looking forward to eating at the Lenora restaurant but after looking over their limited menu we opted to dine elsewhere. Fortunately there are many other restaurants within walking distance so it wasn't a problem for us to leave the hotel for most of our meals. We also had a kitchen in our suite so it was very handy to make a meal one evening as well. Overall, our stay at the Sebastian was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a top notch place to stay in Vail. We hope to go back one day soon!

The location, staff & amenities of this hotel are impeccable. We have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and can honestly say that the staff here is the best! Everyone from the front drive to the front office, general manager to housekeeping was engaging, courteous & sincere! We loved the pool area & spa, and had the best huevos rancheros ever. We will be returning to the Sebastian Vail many more times.

We had a great stay fantastic atmosphere & décor, regular hotel room on the small side so if you are staying for more than a day I would recommend something larger. Great room amenities, pool, amazing service, quite, and a very comfy bed I might add. FYI $25 for Valet parking $25 resort free.

Room Tip: Regular hotel room on the small side so if you are staying for more than a day I would recommend som...

This luxury hotel is top notch... The location can't be beat, the accommodations were classy and comfortable, and the patio area with four hot tubs and a raging fire is awesome on a cool night. The valet was super helpful in finding good places to eat off season and he kept refueling us with water to make sure we were hydrated at the higher altitudes.

Turn down service with delicious cookies and robes was a nice treat, as well as the complimentary snacks provided in the room. We were on our honeymoon and were surprised with a bottle of champagne... Another nice touch! The hotel also has bikes guests can use to ride around town. Very fun to explore Vail by bike!

Although we got a good rate off season, the $25 resort fee and $25 valet parking fee per night do add up... Don't be surprised to find these on your bill or at check-in as we did once our car had already been taken.

A wonderful property in the heart of Vail for the quality of the location and the wonderful service and personal touches.

Dear ErinMacker, How nice to have you call out The Sebastian - Vail. We appreciate your kind words and accolades and are so happy that we met and exceeded your expectations. The parking is always provided by a valet, this is a Sebastian standard. Additionally as a standard we always provide these charges when a reservation via voice and then we confirm them in writing through our confirmation. Could you please let me know how you booked your reservation. So we can ensure that this booking agent informs people of these charges. Thank you again for your kind words.

Sebastian Travel Tip: Drive a hybrid get your parking charge reduced to $15.00 a day this helps the environment and we like that!

Fabulous experience at a beautiful hotel! And the bonus was that the Sebastian is truly dog friendly :) Excellent location as well, walking distance to everything. We had a drink at frost lounge and an appetizer at the Tapas restaurant, and had great service in both places as well. The bellmen/doormen are exceptional and friendly!

I stayed briefly in the off season and got a very good deal. I was very impressed on the friendliness of the staff, and the hotel itself was very impressive. My friend wasn't used to the altitude and they offered her oxygen and some R&R. We got an upgraded room too. Everyone was prompt, professional, and courteous. I couldn't figure out how to operate the dvd player, and they sent an engineer up and he politely showed me how to operate it. I will definitely be back to this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.
