This hotel has everything you need for an extended stay over just overnight. The kitchen has a dishwasher, full size frig, two burner cook top, microwave and the cupboards have all the dishes you will need. If you do need something else ask the front desk. The windows open however, we were unable to access them due to the desk being infront of them. The sofa while new is not really lounge comfortable. One end has a lamp and two electrical outlets for your devises. One wall has a desk with more outlets, phone and plenty of room to spread out any paper work for those business folks. Plenty of dresser space, a small front closet and large bedroom closet. The toilet and tub area is separated from the dressing/closet /sink area by a door. Depending on your privacy level this may or may not work for you. The tub/toilet area is to small to dress in. They use Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner. The room is very clean. They do use a room deodorizer so if your sensitive to smells you may want to ask housekeeping not to use it. This hotel welcomes pets so again, if allergies or sensitivities you may want to ask the desk if there is a pet free room. The breakfast area is small. It gets crowded and some butt bumping on weekends when the kids and parents are all in the space at once. One section is dedicated to oatmeal and the toppings and the waffle prep along with toppings such as blueberries, strawberries, redi whip. The section behind it offers eggs, potato and meat choice each day along with the breads and cereals. Cereals are in dispensing containers and the milk is in pitchers. Two fruits are offered. Usually bananas and then cantaloupe or such. There is the juice machine and the coffee was very good. We stayed a week and never had the same breakfast twice. The breakfast hostesses are good at keeping food stocked and your plates picked up. The tall long breakfast table seats eight and has electrical outlets for devises if you had a breakfast meeting or large family.
The pool is 4 ft deep and I felt the water temp. was a bit cool. It probably warms up with more people swimming. The staff we encountered on our week stay were all very friendly. Although this hotel is updated and very comfortable my only suggestion is it's time for new mattresses. The bed for the most part was comfortable with comfortable linens but you can tell it was time for a change when you feel like your going to fall out of bed if you were to close to the end of the mattress. We had a king bed and the top spread didn't come down to the end of the mattress. Not a deal breaker for us.

Room Tip: Front of hotel faces parking garage.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights as a quick getaway. Upon arrival, we were impressed with a very clean and inviting lobby. The hotel is very well kept up and very modern. The front desk agent explained everything about the hotel and our room and sent us on our way.

We decided on a suite in the hotel (separate living room and bedroom). The living room was separated by 2 doors to the bedroom with a king bed. The kitchen was very nice and again, modern. We felt like we were in an upscale high rise apartment.

We utilized the pool/hot tub area as well, the only complaint we had here was that there were not towels, but the font desk was pleased to provide them.

Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, with everything from waffles, to fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal and some hot items (eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc). It was well stocked both mornings and was very busy.

Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Reserved a 1 bedroom, downgraded upon arrival to studio. Have been loyal Residence Inn customers for many year, but within 3 months the past two stays have been a financial hassel and disappointing accommodations. Recent trip was paid in full at time of reservation for 1 bedroom suite, upon arrival downgraded to a cramped studio-no credit given in difference in price, eventhough credit was promised. Remodel furnishings are cheap quality. Hide-a-bed terrible, and when folded out was only a few inches from the dining table, not even close to being able to pass between bed and exit door. There are plenty of suites hotels available, we won't use Residence Inn again.

We had two nights booked at the RI. During our drive into Denver, we received a call from the RI indicating that something was wrong with our room and they had booked us into the Hampton Inn behind the RI. Initially, we were not very happy with this arrangement. As it turned out, it was more than satisfactory. The Hampton was a nice hotel and the RI picked up the cost of the hotel for that night. We moved back to the RI for the 2nd night. The RI is a great hotel for families as the suites offer lots of amenities (fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc.) The pool/hot tub area was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones that we have been to. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very friendly staff, clean property. Its a typical Residence Inn which we prefer when traveling with family. breakfast is doable with friendly staff. The location is great and within walking distance to a nene of restaurants. It's a 5 star rating for a 3 1/2 star property.

I made last minute reservations for this property the night before we arrived due to a last minute itinerary change. We arrived around 10pm on a Monday night and because of our Silver Elite Marriott Rewards card, they gave us a room upgrade at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, but the room the hotel upgraded us to wasn't as popular as the room we had made the reservations for, but the upgrade certainly was better for our family of 4. We were given a suite with 2 bedrooms, and we all wished that we could have stayed longer because the room was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was also very good; I'm always pleased when hotels serve breakfast with more protein choices. The female receptionist who processed our check in was very good; she explained everything from pool hours, to breakfast hours, to explaining where our room was located, to making us aware of their "24-hour market" in the lobby.
