“Over charged!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 July 2014

We sat at the grill and ordered 2sea bass for $18.95 each. When the bill came we were charged $23.95 each. Asked the server about it and she said it was market value. We asked to see a menu. The manager Rustin came over with a menu with a sticker that was unreadable over the price and said he would give us 15% off our next visit. I said no thank you we can get those coupons online. As we left we grabbed a menu. The price of the sea bass is $18.95. We feel ripped off and will never go there again. This is my first review.

“First time here”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 April 2014

Reserved table for 6 at 06:45pm. Arrived at 06:35pm for check in and of course was told it would be a minute, which was fine, but you could see the place was maybe 25% full. Other parties started to come in and check in as walk-ins and were also told to wait a minute, but when they they were ready to start seating people they seated the 5 - 6 groups that came in after us. Finally we were seated and then we were greeted for drinks, orders etc. Everyone in our party ordered something off the hibachi grill and our "chef" did a good job. The rice was very good, the vegetables were cooked well and we were able to have Shrimp, Chicken, Steak and Salmon in our party. All were tasty. Food was good, but service needs improvement.

“We lived in Japan so we are pretty picky....”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2013

Host was rude (never a good way to start), waiter didn't know what gyoza was.....very bad sign, my husband got his soup and salad.....I did not. The entrees were ok but nothing exciting......smells coming from hibachi area/room definitely smelled much better than our food.

“My favorite!!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 April 2013

This is by far my favorite Sushi restaurants in town!

Generous, fresh tasting portions of sashimi and the best miso soup found locally! The staff is friendly and aims to please. I have dined there with small groups and large groups. The Hibachi tables are fun and the chef’s have a great sense of humor making the experience delightful.

While it can be a tad loud at times, that is to be expected with Hibachi tables. When ordering takeout, it is best to double check to order. Sometimes it is incorrect or incomplete.

Good value! LOVE it!!!

“Not worth going”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 February 2013

We had reservations for a party of 4 for 6:45 pm on February 23 and got here a litte early. We stood in the waitng area til 8pm and asked the hostess four (4) times when we were going to be seated and her reply was always unsure. We finally left as there were numerous empty seating . We called the manager later and said, " I don't know what to tell you" and rudely hung up on me.
I would reccommend to drive right by this restaurant to someone who cares about their customers, known as customer service!
