“Excellent Mex, Far Better than the Fake Place Down the Street”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

Ok, so the other spot is fair, but why have fair when you can have great...and more like the real thing, instead of something that has been Americanized. The first time we had a couple of burritos, a quesadilla and a most amazing chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. Superb! And then the salmon last night was very tasty plus garlic mashed potatoes that are really tasting like they are. They are willing to do the quesadilla with corn instead of flour tortillas, so what could be better! Will keep going back, and hope they get busier as time wears on!

“Ole Mole”
Reviewed 3 May 2013

Great find on slowly revitalizing Black Rock section of Bridgeport. Fresh and flavorful Mexican food with a fantastic menu. The entrees are a generous size. Particularly enjoyed the chicken enchilladas with mole sauce, and the garlic shrimp in lime sauce. The decor is colorful and reminded me of being in Puerto Vallarta. The sangria is made with fresh fruits, and the desserts are homemade. We will definitely return. The service is a tad on the slow side, but we were not in a rush.

“Great”
Reviewed 23 April 2013

The food and service were excellent. We had chicken flautas, carne asada and chiles rellenos pollo. The food was delicious and not spicy although they would adjust to make it hotter.
