The two restaurants really are fantastic - I've been here multiple times for drinks, lunch, dinner….great food (iffy service but hey, it's Greenwich). The rooms in the hotel are indeed good - bedding, Euro-toilet, mirror-TV, but the noise levels of the hotel really is brutal. The walls are paper thin and the noise from the parking lot and the bar are hard to overlook. The location is excellent that's for sure. But don't go of the sleep quality. Bummer.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room - not sure there is one but it's worth the ask.

What can I say??? From check in to check out, a fantastic experience. The rooms are spectacular (heated toilet seat!!!) and the in room iPad to control lights, temp. Just fantastic. Here for an overnight and now wish we had a few more days. 45 Min from NYC and yet a world away.

Perhaps one of the more difficult places to review as there is so much cool and so much about to go wrong if they are not careful. VERY modern as others have described which causes issues. For instance, while the bar is hip and sheik, it draws a late night, LOUD crowd that is not necessarily conducive for family or sleep. While the rooms and bathrooms are very cool to look at they don't offer the best privacy to the highway noise (if you are on back side you get highway). Marble/glass tiled bathrooms with sliding glass walls are great but loud for your roommate. TV behind mirror is cool, but I pad and system is not for the non-techy to use. You better have good knowledge of tech in order to use or simply turn off a light. Food was not bad but there is no head chef at present. Chocolate bar is essentially closed as chocolate maker packed his machine and headed home. Continental breakfast is poor at best (Hampton does a better job). Cool place for cocktails (although some of the ladies at the bar appeared to be working not visiting). When you pay the rates you do you expect daily refills of the soaps, accompaniments. Not just making the bed. J has to be careful to make it all happen. Not bad, just hit-miss and J needs to really find a HOTEL management team….and J ump on it…..

Room Tip: 124-127 rooms and above are right next to highway. While there are barriers you might stay on the fr...

This hotel is a technological wonder. Everything is operated by an iPad or electronic buttons...the bedside lights, the solar shade, the blackout shade and even the toilet. There is a remote control for everything the toilet/bidet can do. There is a tv within the bathroom mirror. Gone are the days of cardboard 'do not disturb' signs...now you just push the 'private' button and a sign lights up outside your door. The beds are so comfortable that I inquired about the brand.
They are under new management, so the continental breakfast was a bit of a mess. They ran out of almost everything by 9:50 when it was supposed to go until 10:30 the first day and hadn't even put out most options on the second day. The management made it right in the end, but it was a bit of a disappointment. It is more expensive than the Hyatt a little further north, but worth the $ if they get that aspect squared away.
It was clean and new with plenty of parking behind or valet parking if you prefer.
The hotel has a dining room with breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Room Tip: Ask for a room far from the bar area (at least on a weekend). They have a very active nightlife.

This is a very nice hotel, located on the border of Greenwich in a great location. The hotel is modern, has a European feel to it, and is comfortable at the same time.

The mattress is an excellent pillow top, the standard size is a king, the room is spacious enough for an additional desk and chair and the shower is just wonderful.

It may take a little to figure out the mechanics of the lights and blinds as you're working the system on the iPad, however switches are located near the door and bed to turn them on or off.

Have a seat in the lounge or outside patio near one of the fireplaces. A very nice place indeed.

This is a small boutique hotel. Very modern and comfortable. Beautiful clean rooms, nice showers, and very helpful front desk service. They also have a shuttle service for guests. I really enjoyed this hotel.

The restaurant was not up to par. Had a steak for lunch that was nothing special except the high price, and a little too much sugar in the mushroom sauce. After that lunch we decided to eat at the nearby restaurants for the rest of our meals. The bar was nice place to sit, visit with friends and have a drink.

The pool was closed during our visit.

Very comfortable high tech hotel! Beds were very comfortable. Service was wonderful. Watch out for the toilet! Awesome. Great location . Restaurant...Expensive...breakfast. Coffee was 5.00. Service very slow... All orders came out wrong. I would say don't eat there but stay there! Oh and one glass of wine was 18.00!
