This restaurant tries hard but fails to live up to serving good Mexican or south western food. It misses the mark on spiciness and the robust mix of flavors one would expect. My wife & I are from New Mexico and have a certain level of expectations and they were not met. The enchiladas were bland and the tortilla was not properly prepared by frying briefly and then drying to remove some of the oil. It was therefore mushy. Service was good and accommodating. Tables lacked several bottles of hot sauce typically found at most Mexican establishments to allow the customer to fine tune to their liking. This food may be fine for those not accustomed to true south western food but it is not anywheres close to the real deal. Also, the daiquiri was made with shaved ice, needs a real blender or you wind up like I did with a snow cone.
