We were in vacations in Pedrógão Pequeno and decided to have dinner in Sertã. Although we are Portuguese, we hadn't tasted the regional "Maranhos" and "Bucho" so we tasted it there. It was delicious! The staff is nice and they had a nice selection of wines from which we could choose.
We liked so much that we went back again. The second time we had a more normal meal, and the experience was not as excellent as the first time, but still pretty good. I definitely recommend you to ask the regional dishes in here.
