Stopped by here on our way back from a hike in NW Connecticut. Meals were quite good. I had a burger with Blue Cheese and it was excellent.
While the Al-fresco dining seemed like a good idea and the area was very pleasant, it is located too close to the road and parking. On a nice day, the motorcycles driving by pretty much drown out conversation. When one started up in the parking area just on the other side of the divider we were sittlng by, we all jumped out of our seats.
Crab cakes had a little too much breading for my taste, but the soup of the day was excellent.
