The hotel is centrally located and close to the Norwalk train station. The rooms were clean and large with free internet. The breakfasts were great with plenty of dishes to choose from and healthy choices. The shuttle service was great. They picked us up from the train station and later the driver was happy to take us to several places in the vicinity.

Friendly staff, but hotel is has noisy halls, and room need to be updated, tub was very old. I have to add 200 characters or this review will not publish, so I guess I will state again that the rooms are very outdated

Were committed to keeping the hotel in great shape. Recent updates include new carpet in all guestrooms and public space. In addition early this year all of our guest rooms received a brand new bedding package, which can be seen in our photos online. We always welcome prospective groups to come for a tour so we can so all the hotel has to offer.

This was just an overnight stay for a visit with family. The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the hotel was near many restaurants and had great access to the highway. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet.

The internet connection did not work & the elevator shaft was so obnoxiously noisy i could not fall asleep the first night. Staff handled both situations with utter disrespect for paying customer. I had to drink extra cocktail second night so i could fall asleep despite the screeching shaft. The hotel should have...at the very least...comped that cocktail!!!

Made the grave mistake of arriving too early for 3:00 check-in. I was early approx 7:30 AM but had just driven 4 hours and wanted to get in my room before business meeting. I was eventuall allowed to check in at no extra cost but not without a lengthy admonishment from check in girl. Not what I needed after a long drive. Now I know why I usually stay at Marriott, if a room is available they do not even question.

The gentleman who checked me was very nice and friendly the front desk manager was also very pleasant and informative. I would visit this property again its right off of a major road so you minutes away from eveything. That was a huge plus.

The Doubletree is located at exit 13, I-95, on Connecticut avenue. The location is easily accessible to many restaurants and national retailers. Our guests find our location ideal because it offers accessibility to a variety of services outside of the hotel.

I found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. The decorating needs some help but for 100 bucks a night I was satisfied. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good.

Ok, I have pretty much said everything but it says I must type 200 charachters

It's great to hear you found the hotel to be a good value. The hotel offers rates as low as $104 for a room with 1 King or 2 Queen Beds. Recent updates include new carpet in all guestrooms and public space and a new bedding package in each of our 265 guest rooms. For an upgraded experience, consider a room on the Executive Level, with access to the Executive Lounge serving breakfast and hors d'oeuvres Mondays - Thursdays. We look forward to being of service!
