The food was really good. The petite option is a great value and much appreciated. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The decor is an example of less is more. Take down the dreadful polyester window treatments, the bamboo blinds can stand on their own. Please, please remove all the depressing motel style paintings. if I get a third wish, remove the vinyl under the table top glass. We will return for the food and service. Fingers are crossed on the decor.

Was recommended as Nancy's....but found out it is Rosemary and Sage....Food good
nice menu with decent prices....but I think they make it up with the wine menu.

This restaurant was recommended by a local. I was looking for a romantic spot where conversation and good food went together. We sat at the bar for a before dinner drink, but ended up sitting there for dinner as well. The calamari appetizer was a generous portion of a spicy mix of calamari rings and peppers in a lite sauce. Plenty for two. My date had grilled salmon and I had filet served with spinach over angel hair pasta. both dinners were top notch with fresh ingredients. Service was not rushed and unobtrusive. We'll return to try other menu items.

Usually Trip Advisor steers us in the right direction. While the restaurant has a lovely ambiance and upscale friendly waitstaff and owners the food is lacking. A few changes using quality ingredients and classical techniques of cooking will make a deserving 4 or even 5 star rating.
The Champagne sauce and Picatta sauces were thickened with cornstarch and I detected no richness from reduction or butter. The filet of sole and chicken were fried in reused or old vegetable oil. The roasted tomato and garlic soup tasted like a salty bowl of vodka sauce- inedible. The Parmesan cheese was thick shreds of hard tasteless cheese at first I thought I was eating cellophane noodles but then detected a hint of flavor. The salad dressing was too thick and acidic. Pasta served with one of our dishes was just boiled pasta without a hint of oil or butter?
Cutting corners to save money or using cornstarch for health reasons at home is one thing. But when you walk into a classy restaurant and pay high prices you expect fine dining.
Use butter, reduce sauces and cut down on the salt. Locals seem to dine here.
