My wife and I stayed a night to get away from preparing for a wedding. Lovely location, pleasant inn keepers, and they were great about my wife's dietary restrictions. My wife loved chatting with the inn keepers. Will definetly be back.

My husband and I and two adult children and their partners stayed over night for a graduation in New Haven. Had we discovered this place before our youngest graduated we would have stayed there often. The Edelsons were accommodating and welcoming. We arrived after somewhat long drives in the late afternoon with 7:30 dinner reservations. They spontaneously served crackers and cheese, to go along with the available wine in the "snack pantry" We spent a very comfortable couple of hours catching up with our kids in one of the 2 or 3 common rooms in the house. I believe you can also trust any recommendations they make about restaurants or activities. We had a great dinner at the Good News Cafe about a mile down the road.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in the summer. It was a wonderful get-away from the city life. The owners were friendly and helpful. They shared their lives as well advice about the region and activities for the weekend. The community feel at breakfast was wonderful. We went to an art show of one of the other guests that was a wonderful addition to our weekend.

My husband and I stayed at Cornucopia for two nights and have already booked our return. Our bed was super comfortable and every amenity was provided. Breakfasts were amazing and we left for the day - recharged and refueled! Can't wait to return.

The Cornucopia fit all our criteria: Beautifully appointed, pool, central air conditioning, nice breakfast, friendly service, good value, and conveniently located to golf and other activities. What more could we ask for?!? We were grateful for all the reviews previously posted on Tripadvisor and were pleased that this B&B exceeded our expecations. We hope to stay longer on our next visit and enjoy the environs more.

Room Tip: The front rooms have noticeable street noise during rush hour on weekdays.

My husband and 2 small children spent a night at Cornucopia at Oldfield this past weekend. The house and grounds are beautiful and immaculate. There is a lovely pool, with various floats and beach towels to use. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and attentive to our family. Our children were welcomed and when we arrived there was a pack and play set up in the room and a gate for us to use to block off the stairs. There was a high chair and some toys available and plenty of child-friendly foods to eat at breakfast. We stayed in the Gables room, which is the entire 3rd floor, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It was perfect for us, because the kids slept in one room and my husband and I were close by in the other bedroom. We hope to return soon!

After many hours on the road, 'Cornucopia' was like a breath of fresh air. Ed and Christine made us feel so at home, regaling us with local history and a fascinating tour of the property.
Our bedroom was spacious, clean and relaxing and what a fabulous bathroom!
Breakfast was delicious, the coffee to die for, especially in those very cute Cornucopia mugs which we bought two of. We think of Cornucopia every day now when we relax with our hot beverage at home.
Thank you, Cornucopia, for a memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble, as you helped us find our way around on out trip.
You are the perfect hosts who helped us recharge our batteries before we headed home.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Admiral Aston Bedchamber, at the back of the property. Nice and quiet.
