The lawns are cut weeds, which flood partially at lunar high tides. The same rocks are in the swim area decade after decade. Could be removed at low tide in a couple days. Water is deep enough for swimming only within two hours of high tide, never dredged. $20 daily admission for such a park is way overpriced. I never see city higher ups using the park, so I don't think it is a priority. They must go to the private spots and this is only for the commoners.
