Very accommodating staff. Hotel guest room was very clean and the beds were amazing. The hotel restaurant was good and offered a nice variety of options on the menu. The service in the bar was excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I also had the pleasure of meeting Vincent Valente, Sales Manager while at the hotel....... What an asset!

We have usually stayed at Sheraton's and were always completely satisfied. This time....not at all. When we arrived, Thanksgiving, the hotel was very quiet - not many guests and also not many employees either. The dining area was closed and we had to eat in the bar. Ordered their traditional Thanksgiving meal and when it finally arrived it was completely inedible. I think they must have plated these up early in the afternoon and popped them in the microwave to reheat. So bad that even the mashed potatoes had a crust on them. Turkey & ham so tough you couldn't eat it. Everything on the plate was terrible and was sent back. The lack of service, even when the hotel got busy, was shocking. Food on the floor under the tables and even in the waiting areas for the elevators, never were vacuumed. No server at the little Starbucks in house. Toilets in the mens room on the lobby level (according to my husband) were overflowing with filth. They must have been short staffed and also very short sighted to let that happen during a holiday. Definitely poor management and will think long and hard before we ever stay there again.

We have brought your dining experience to the attention of our Food and Beverage team to review and improve. We have also brought your description of the public areas to the attention of our Housekeeping team for their review as well. We have also discussed staffing for all holidays with our management team to be sure, as we continue through the season, that all areas are appropriately covered. Thank you for brining this to our attention. The team is actually very proud of it's service levels, and was disappointed that they fell short on delivering on this occasion. If the opportunity is presented, we hope you return to see the improvements you helped make possible and to experience the service the team is capable of delivering.

Our room smelled mildly of sewage. Perhaps this has to do with not having a bathroom fan, which I thought were required by building codes.

The shower was half-enclosed by a glass wall that didn't extend far enough, resulting in water all over the floor.

We had lunch in the restaurant one day. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, and an hour for our food. There were about 5 tables seated in the whole restaurant. Paid >$40 for two mediocre lunches without drinks.

The bar was overpriced, and again, mediocre.

We were told that parking for the group we were with would be $5 per night. We were charged $14 per night.

I would never stay at this location again, and have downgraded my impression of Sheraton A LOT as a result of this experience.

We have asked our Engineering team to perform a full review to establish how it may have originated. We have also shared your comments regarding your luncheon experience with our Food and Beverage team for their review and immediate action. We thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Our team prides itself on it's service levels, and works very hard to exceed our guests expectations. We clearly missed the mark on this occasion. While we can not expect a second chance, should you elect to provide us the opportunity, we would certainly like to show the improvements you have made possible, and the level of service we enjoy providing.

Good hotel marred by this unusual event - expired coffee packets for the guests in the room. Left voice message for the Manager (Anthony Redding) but he didn't return the call. When contacted directly at the time of checkout, he seem to downplay the incident. Also, discovered left over socks from the previous guest stay. Poor housekeeping !!

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating. Great service, food was excellent as well. Upon request they brought a roll away bed up for our grand-daughter and removed it promptly as well. The pool and gym area are in a great location off to the side on the lower level.

Room Tip: Always request a club floor.
