Property is somewhat tired and far too small to accommodate a trade conference of this size - CMA. Front desk struggles tremendously to handle the large influx of arriving, departing, and questioning guests. Rooms are good, but just good. Carpets and walls need a thorough upgrading, as do the bathrooms. Service in the restaurant was extremely slow and invariably got orders incorrect - but it was too long a wait to send anything back. After all of the add-ons for service, tip, etc., a simple bagel and coffee from room service ended up at almost $30! Fortunately this is not the only place in town.

Stayed here for one night with my two girs. The service was top notch. I was upgraded to a larger suite, as it was noticed I had my two little ones with me. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant was great. They allowed me to keep my car parked while I traveled to NYC via train for the day. The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the nearby train station. Some of the furniture in the hotel was a bit warn/dirty, but other than that it was a very nice stay.

I have had some sketchy experiences at this hotel in the past but am always willing to call out great service. I have had breakfast at the Senses restaurant and have to say that the food at their buffet has been pretty tasty and my server Abet has always been fast, friendly and on point. He is really on top of his game and has given me some great tips for things to see and do when my gf comes to town. He was even gracious enough to steer me to some spots for Filipino food which is huge since I'm away from home for 2 weeks and will definitely be craving some of my favorite native dishes. Thanks Abet! They need more like you at this hotel.

Very satisfied with our stay and plan to stay again next time we are in the area visiting family. Did not have a lot of interaction with the hotel staff but the ones we did were all friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet, breakfast buffet was very good. Only (minor) issue was finding a parking space in the garage. There was an event going on at the hotel and we did have to drive around a while in the garage to find a spot.

We went to just relax as a couple and get away. We did just that by spending 90% of our time in the hotel room. It was a nice experience. Beware, the Executive Floor is closed on weekends. Executives would probably know that, we happened to not be so we weren’t privy to that info. Lesson learned. We had a good time in a good hotel room.

I have previously reviewed this property years ago and felt the need to update my review.
This hotel is starting to go downhill. It needs some updating desperately.
The breakfast buffet area floor needs some attention more regularly. I was seated at a table that still had the previous guests crumbs and dirty napkin on the table. The following days weren't much better cleanliness wise, but Abet's great customer service is worth a mention.
We had requested a room with 2 Queen beds, but due to late check in received an ADA room with 2 Full beds. This would have been fine if the check in rep had not told us we could move to a room with 2 Queen beds the following morning. The following morning another rep told us no Queen bed rooms were scheduled to be available. He had rooms with 2 Full beds available, but perhaps they were mislabeled and they were actually Queen rooms. Huh? So your front desk doesn't know which room contains which beds. We did move from the ADA room to a regular room (again 2 Full beds) so we could get a bathtub. We were traveling with our infant and toddler. The bathroom door didn't close which was a nuisance.
Would you consider allowing microwaves and minifridges in rooms by request? I needed to heat my infant's food and was told that restaurant policy prohibited them from heating it. They told me to check with the front desk about getting a microwave. The front desk were the ones that sent me to the restaurant. We were able to make do with ice bucket and coffee maker, but it was a bit of a pain.
If you staying for business purposes in the area, I'm sure you'll find everything just fine. For leisure travel, the property could use some fine-tuning.

Specifically asked for a room with fridge and microwave due to the length of our stay with 3 kids..did not recieve it. Room had not been vacummed, no fan in bathroom, no air conditioning on the hottest weekend of the year. Broken faucet in bathub and the drain was not working. Housekeeping did not come to clean the room for 3 days. The breakfast buffet was fantastic though. Excellent food. The doormen were super friendly and very helpful. Front desk people were rude and unpleasant.

It is disheartening to hear that the high levels of customer service we strive to provide was not always experienced during your stay and we truly apologize for any inconveniences. Over the weekend, our hotel was hit with a power surge that temporarily knocked out our primary air condition system. The primary unit was repaired and we are back to full operations again.
