“Let's move Live starring Derek Hough/Julianne Hough”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

The brother and sister are teamed up with other dancers for their very own live performance. Mohegan Sun has a great arena and quite large. The show was pretty much sold out. It was packed in there. They entertained the audience with lots of dancing, singing and all and all it was a great performance. One thing that got in the way was the acoustics. They were so loud at times it drowned out the words to the song Julianne was singing. You really couldn't understand much of it. She does have a beautiful voice and should perform more often. Derek can dance to anything with anybody! He is fantastic! The audience were on their toes most of the time. They engaged the audience more so at the end of the show by throwing large balls and streamers into the crowd. They did get a standing ovation when the show was at the end. They deserve a lot of credit as this must have been quite grueling to perform for two hours straight, with one break for 15 minutes. I'd say we all got our moneys worth!

“Couple Hours of Fun”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

An average casino. Many slots and table games, but with more and more casinos popping up, it is just average. Fun for an afternoon or evening.

“Can't escape the cigarette smoke!”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

The Wolf Den itself is a nice venue with great, free entertainment. But -- despite its being smoke-free, you can't escape the cigarette smoke from the rest of the casino. The problem is that there are no walls, and right next to edge of the Wolf Den are slot machines, where people are smoking like chimneys. If you get near the stage, you can escape the smoke, but if you're near the edge, you'll feel like you smoked a pack yourself.

“Great Las Vegas style casino in Connectuit”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

This huge hotel casino actually has 3 different casinos in one very large complex. The signage within is clear and easy to understand but the place is so big we spent much of the non gambling time trying to find out where we were.

“Nice casino!”
Reviewed 23 June 2014

Very nice casino. Was difficult finding the video poker machines though. We asked for help and was told incorrectly that they were only in one small area. Found a lot more by wandering around. Parking was free. Restaurants were expensive (we all ate pizza at Frank Pepe Pizzaria restaurant and it was over $60 for 4 of us). Wish I remembered her name, but we could not find our parking area and a staff person insisted on walking us 10-15 minutes to the other end of the casino to the correct exit. She went above and beyond!
