“Good lunch in Millsboro”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

My husband and I happened on The Pint at lunch time today. It was surprisingly good with a mix of Scottish, Irish and English pub food (ploughman's lunch, bangers and mash, scotch eggs and other things) in addition to the usual American bar food staples. I had cock a leekie soup which was the real deal - definitely house-made with big pieces of chicken and carrots in addition to barley and leeks. My husband had a turkey rueben - on nice marbled bread with good slaw and melted cheese - only downside was deli turkey meat. The fries are delicicious - definitely hand cut and well cooked. It was moderately crowded with mostly older folks at lunch on a Saturday - no idea what kind of crowd it attracts at night. Service was good and the setting is attractive.

“Neat Place”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

Dining in an old bank is kind of neat. They have done a very nice job of remodeling the interior of the old bank building. It has the feel of an Irish Pub. If lucky, you might get to dine in the old vault which has limited seating.
The Irish menu is unique for this area. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We liked the Dublin Cakes and the Wings of fire to start us off. Everyone in our party enjoyed their entrees. I liked the Cheshire Chicken.
Service was fine, but not outstanding.
Be sure to check out their hours of operation. We goofed this week and showed up before they were open.
This is a neat place to check out on your way to or from the shore. It is in the center of Millsboro less than a mile off of Route 113.

“disappointed”
Reviewed 28 April 2014

It was convenient, but the burger was not cooked to order. Average fries. Very thin slice of cheese,, tomato, lettuce on top.
Bacon on another sandwich was burnt to a crisp.

“Very small and quaint”
Reviewed 16 April 2014

The Pint Pub is very small and quaint. It was formerly a bank. There is a bar and our waitress was very nice. The food was average.

“Quaint setting!”
Reviewed 27 March 2014

The Pint Pub and Eatery is located in a former bank and provides a very unique dining experience. There is a bar, some tables and a place for four people to eat in the bank safe.
Our waiter was personable and efficient and he was busy. Two of us felt our meals were good, but the other two felt their meals were exceptional. One thing I can tell you is they have the best Irish Soda Bread around! They have a limited menu, but there are adequate choices.
