The good - Easy to walk to the beach and all the area attractions, they have a small pool / sun bathing area, the hotel is clean (inside and out) and well maintained. The room was small but it didn't seem to be aged. The bed was comfortable. Room service was fast and seemed to be constantly working.

The bad - Noise in the morning! It seemed like every day some time between 7am and 9 am we heard trash or recycle trucks servicing the surrounding businesses. If two people walked by the room door talking, you heard every word they were saying. You don't have a private balcony, unless you book one of the few rooms that front Rehoboth Avenue. If you want to sit outside the room you have to sit on the access walkway and your view is the parking lot. There is no fitness center.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the east side of the building so you won't have to listen to the trash collect...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience with us! We are happy that you enjoyed our great location and our nice clean rooms!!
I do apologize for the outside noise from the trash and delivery trucks and certainly wish there was something we could do about that. You may want to consider coming to visit us in the off season when there is much less outside activity and the weather is still great!
Again thank you for your review and we hope to see you again!

I enjoyed the access to the beach. It's right off rehoboth ave, just down from the boardwalk. It has a cute little pool and a nice sun deck. I love how close it is to everything I wanted to see. The only problem I had was the small bathroom and the tiny parking lot. :)

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and very happy to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location and awesome sun deck!
Our parking lot does seem small when it is fully occupied but we are happy to have enough parking to accommodate our guests!
Thanks again for your review and we are certainly pleased that overall you had a pleasant stay!

What can I say...another remarkable vacation at Rehoboth Beach thanks to the Atlantis Inn. We have now stayed there for 10 years and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are quite comfortable and the staff is excellent from the manager, Penny Davis, on down. You are greeted with a smiling face from the moment that you arrive until the day you must unfortunately depart. The beach and the shopping are very enjoyable and the dining rounds off a typical day quite well. You will not regret your delightful stay in this quaint little seaside town, starting from the time you check in. Enjoy your vacation!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with the staff of the hotel as well as other potential or current customers. We certainly appreciate all of our customers but especially the loyal ones like yourself that return on a regular basis.
I always try to stress the importance of customer service as that is one of the few things than can and will set you apart from the competition.
Thanks again and we are already looking forward to your return next year!!

This little gem is 2 blocks from the beach smack dab in the middle of the shops and restaurants. It's clean, affordable, and friendly. An added bonus: a free parking space! You'll appreciate that if you've been to Rehoboth or OC in the summer when parking is at a premium (translate: metered). Although this hotel was filled to capacity, the rooms enter from outside balcony or parking lot, and it was a summer weekend, it was amazingly quiet at night. Even the air conditioner quietly hummed. Small microwave and refrigerator included. This is nothing fancy but we would definitely book again for all of the above. Oh, yes, a rooftop pool is just sizable enough with a separate adjoining sundeck.

Room Tip: I would opt for second or third floor to avoid noise from parking lot, if there is any.

This hotel is great and it's very affordable. Although I got here very much earlier than check-in time, I wish I could've been able to check-in a little sooner. That's no complaint, though. They were completely filled the night before, so, that's great for the hotel! So far, I have no complaints at all. I still have 3 more nights, though, so...

This is my second time staying at this location The staff was very friendly & helpful. Even though the hotel is older it is very well maintained and clean. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right where you want to be...close to shopping, dining, and sunning! I will definitely stay here again :-)
