“Lovely place to run away from home”

We stay at the Bellmoor often and always have a great stay. Breakfast is just ok midweek but great on the weekends when you can have fresh made to order omelets. The staff are always very accommodating, our room was clean and very comfortable. It is a good walk from the beach, I wish there was a shuttle to the boardwalk. Love the court yard and the adult only wadding pool. With all they offer it is still over priced, not sure why a seven year old would pay the same as an adult.

This was our first visit. We had a room in the main building. The suites are located in a separate two-story building, while the regular rooms are in a four-story main building. Check in was quick and our room was ready upon arrival at 2 pm. The lobby and public areas of the building have a victorian look to them. There are numerous sitting areas and some books to borrow as well as jigsaw puzzles if the weather doesn't cooperate, which is a nice touch. Our room was large. There is a good size refrigerator. Everything was in good working condition and immaculately clean and also very quiet. The AC worked very, very well. No problems with the TV. Water pressure was good and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was spacious. Towels were plentiful and thick and soft. One thing that we noticed was there was definitely a musty smell to the room. We reported this and they did spray some room freshener but it needed it each day.
There are two pools. One is designated as an adults only pool, located on the ground floor near the outdoor garden area. The other is on the second floor and has a large outdoor deck. We actually preferred the second pool since it was in a sunnier location. The other pool was partially shaded by trees. Both pools were very clean and a good water temp. There are pool towels provided at both.
Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Each day we looked forward to the information in the elevator which posted weather for the day and restaurant recommendations for that evening.
The breakfast buffet which is included in the room rate is quite nice. The staff does a good job in upkeep. If an item was running out, it was replenished quickly. There were four hot items each day which varied such as eggs, breakfast meat, side dishes. Then there was a cold buffet of several cereals, pastries, and fruit with assorted beverages. Good quality, and the hot foods were hot, while the chilled items were cool. And everything is kept very clean and tidy.
The location is great, since it is one block off the main street. We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bellmoor. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. It was a special occasion so I was OK with spending the money on the rooms but it wouldn't be something I would do normally. I also wish it was closer to the beach. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Stayed here for weekend trip. Location is great, exterior and grounds are beautiful. First time here and I had high expectations due to reviews and word of mouth. For high rate paid I expected more. Front desk staff was Luke warm, received "an education" on official check in time when I arrived early and asked if a room may be available. I know what time check in is, however when arriving early it does not hurt to ask right? Lobby was nice and clean. Room was fine, would compare to a non renovated Marriott or Sheraton. Room was clean and smelled like air freshener. Bathrooms are clean, need an update. Linens are poor quality and bathroom amenities are worse. Massage from Scott in the hotel spa was excellent as was all staff I experienced at spa. Overall I expected more from this hotel.

The price is so worth it. The Bellmoor catered to our every need, recommended some fantastic places to stay and even called and made the reservations for us. Service here is by far a priority. If you come to Rehoboth stay here and ask them to pick places for you to go and see.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the courtyard are beautiful.

Our stay at the Bellmoor Inn and Spa far exceeded our expectations. We can not say enough about the wonderful staff at the Inn. They could not have been more pleasant or helpful. It was refreshing to experience people who truly enjoy their jobs. The facility was impeccable and all of our needs were met. The rooms are clean and spacious. We look forward to returning in the fall.
Thank you again for a most enjoyable stay at you Inn.

Room Tip: The 4th floor adults only suites are beautiful and we look forward to staying there again.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and it was our first stay at this hotel. Very nice accommodations and a lovely breakfast in the morning. In the afternoon they put out ice tea, and cookies. On weekends two chefs cook omelets for you. Two pools are on premise and an enclosed hot tub. The have a workout room with a nautilus machine, a treadmill , an elliptical machine and bike.
Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Ample size bathroom.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and would be happy to answer any questions.
Two best things:
1.They have a lovely courtyard to have breakfast or to relax with a wine or beer or to read a book. It's very nice.
2. You can walk to so many places, like the beach, restaurants and shops that you can park your car and forget about it.
We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again. Don't forget to try the citrus and cucumber water.
