Description: Home for Bob Ciprietti is Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. Growing up there and falling in love with the food, tradition, and people of NY inspired him to bring a little bit of home to Delaware. Touch of Italy first opened in the fall of 2010 in Lewes, Delaware and now has locations in Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD. Each ristorante has a salumeria(deli) and a pasticceria (bakery) in house. The dining room doesn't open till 11 AM, but you can still shop at the deli and bakery beginning at 10:30 AM. We are known for our most popular Chicken Parm, our mozzarella, our crispy bread, our internationally recognized brick oven pizza, our pasta, and our eclairs. It's important to us that when you dine with us you enjoy a true authentic Italian experience with good food, friends, family, and great conversation. Stop by for a glass of wine and some good pasta or some meatballs and bread. Regardless of your choice, you won't be disappointed.

When you have Italian family and friends it's hard to eat out at an Italian restaurant and not be a critic. To my surprise Touch of Italy was pretty close to the cooking of my uncle from Sicily! The Pizza was Amazing - very Italian! Touch of Italy uses the freshest of ingredients! Also the bakery was full of delicious desserts- if you are to full from dinner it's east to get a dessert ToGo!!!

The service was great and the food was delicious! Authentic Italian food. It was a nice change from the seafood restaurants. Highly recommend.

I was looking for something other than seafood restaurant to go for for dinner with my husband. We came across this one. Most of the reviews were good along with your usual reviews that said the place sucked. Well....i am not sure where those people went to eat, but it couldn't have better. My husband had veal Parmesan and i had the penne with the bolognese sauce. All the pasta was homemade and you can certainly tell it was. Oh we also got the homemade meatballs with the peppers and onions or the italian name "Polpette".....it was kinda like a play one sausage and peppers but with meatballs. It was a little busy and out server was also the bartender and was super busy.....We asked her to give out a couple minutes to decide what we wanted and she never came back for about 10 15 minutes. But after we got her attention again and finally made our menu selections she was very attentive. Overall the food was awesome and best of all there was not wait,,,,,,unlike all of the other restaurants in rehoboth. We would definitely come to this place again!

My family and I shared the olive bread and warm ricotta as an appetizer, which was superb! For our entrees we enjoyed eggplant parmesan, gnocchi and an avellinesi pesto. The portions were large, and the desserts looked tasty. Our server Matt was wonderful and attentive. We definitely plan on going back.
