I suspect your service will greatly depend on the server and the time of year you choose to visit. For us, it was a Friday night and we had steamed halibut with ginger & scallions, Five spiced duck, Walnut shrimp & scallops, and Hunan Beef along with Thin Skinned Dumplings as an Appetizer. The Hunan Beef was about the same quality as we are used to getting at our local Chinese takeout near Lewes, but at over double the price. The Walnut shrimp & scallops were good, although I felt the portion size was small. The Five spiced duck had a nice back burn that gave a long finish and didn't leave your tongue burning, and the steamed fish was delicious. Expect to pay about $30 or so a person, depending on drinks ordered. On value received, I felt that it was about 25% overpriced for what you got. Finding parking nearby can be problematic also. Acoustics were terrible, and noise dampening material would probably have helped a little.
It would be nice to have a good inexpensive Chinese restaurant along route 1 with ample parking and a building designed for a pleasant dining experience, similar to the Tokyo Steakhouse near Home Depot.
