Though there are many dishes that I enjoy at this restaurant, the Eggplant Parm is my favorite. There is so much on the plate that I can usually make 4 meals out of it. I always ask for lite sauce, because I do not like this dish when it is swimming in the marinara that covers it. The sauce itself is tasty, but I prefer just a small amount, which then allows the eggplant to be the more dominant flavor.
