Just back from a two night stay. The location is in the heart of Bal Harbour shopping stores and convenient to most of what we wanted to do via a short walk. If you're not up to the walk, there is a house car available that can be scheduled as well ( A $200000+bentley).
Rooms are luxurious and understated with all the amenities one would expect. What makes it all stand out is their professional yet friendly service among the whole property. Our special memory was built by a server at Fresca,(the Pool&beach restaurant with a stunning view of the ocean).As a common traveler, you notice many upscale resorts and restaurants care to train their employees for the best service, however, a genuine smile and genuine care is a diamond in the rough to find and an inheritable gift. Christian was professional, entertaining and made us feel truly comfortable. Also another experience to highlight is the J&G grill restaurant, good option for dinner. We had some noise issues during our first night but the outstanding service made us forget all about it. Surely we would tell friends to visit, I can hardly wait for a second experience.

This property is clearly well managed. Hats off to the GM and staff.
Every aspect of greeting, check in, upgrade, care and property condition and willingness to please is met with 5 stars. This is the property for all others within Starwood to aspire to be.
They set the bar.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended…

I returned to this hotel, a year after my previous stay. It has got better; service has improved on its high standard the year before -staff appear more attentive, and service is more personalised. I particularly liked the email, a week before my arrival, from the concierge, asking if there was anything I required for my stay. I asked for a kettle to boil water for tea, and milk in my fridge, so I didn't have to use a coffee-maker to make tea. Both were there on my arrival.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and inviting; the food at the hotel is good. Overall, I think I rated it 5 stars on my last visit, and it's improved on that.

Pricey, but a simply beautiful oasis to relax and enjoy Miami.

We had an exceptional stay in October 2013 at St Regis Bal Harbour with our family -
Great location, and Chic design - Most of all is the " superbe service ! "
from our butler Marc who was always there to make us feel comfortable and helping us with language barrier. The reception manager Ludovic was very attentiv to all our request
and lucky us he is french as well .
Nous reviendrons ....of course . AAA

Five star all around! From the decor to the extraordinary service. Specially the great service in the pool and one particular person was my butler Jeferson for going above and beyond in all aspects of hospitality. My wife and son had an amazing time! Looking froward to coming back to this property..

The best hotel in Miami area. The beaches, food and service are amazing . When in Miami come to St Regis . The entire area is amazing bal Harbour shops great shopping and restaurants . Try Makato and Il mulino . Beach is amazing and very clean . Must stay

My son and I have just returned from our third visit to the Bal Harbour Resort in Florida.
Each time our visit gets better. The staff is so well trained and the caliber of professionalism beyond compare.
A special thank you to two exceptional employees - Mohamed made every breakfast a delight and Sabrina by the pool/beach catered to our every need.

In addition to a wonderful attentive staff the property is beautiful and well kept and the restaurants suburb. What more can you ask for. We will be back for another 8 day stay in March!
