Outstanding helpful and friendly staff, big clean rooms with beautiful views, fabulous free breakfast and happy hours. Plenty of parking if driving in. Shuttles are available to and from cruises that makes cruise departing easy for families. We even got to view a Cape launch on one of our visits from the front of the hotel! We always call Marriott “home” when we travel.

We stayed for one night before our cruise, the hotel was ok, outdated a bit but clean, staff was nice and helpful. The pool was crazy dirty- I couldn’t let my children in it! Next time I will check out if there’s something better in the area for the money. Also I didn’t realize they serve absolutely no food except for breakfast in the hotel- my fault- still annoying:/

We stayed here for one night before our cruise in September 2018. Easy convenient and friendly check in. Our keys were ready for us. Our mini suite was spacious and clean. It overlooked the pool. Easy to get an Uber for any of the area restaurants. There's a gas station next door that we walked to for our 12 pack of soda we were taking on the ship. The pool area is very nice and they have a small tiki bar open later in the afternoon that's just off the pool. They also had fresh cookies in the lobby and a complimentary breakfast in the morning. They do offer a shuttle for I believe $10 pp to take you to the port. We just used an Uber though and it was about $16 total. Would definitely stay here again pre cruise. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because ice was only available on the 2nd floor. It was a bit inconvenient since were on the 4th floor.

We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise at the end of august and we were a little disappointed. We usually stay at Marriott hotels and this hotel was not up to par. I feel that the hotel needs a lot of updating from the hallways to the rooms. The place seemed clean enough however when we got to the room there was a pretty bad smell. To be fair, we didn't complain about it ( maybe because we would only be there one night). The Shower tub was old/ dated and didn't drain well (again didn't complain) and the windows were dirty with some green film. The staff however was excellent as usual from our dealings at check in, some purchases at the store and the breakfast staff were all great. The free breakfast was good, everything seemed clean, tasted good and was overall a good experience. It was nice that the hotel was close to the port and very convenient. They did have a shuttle service to the Disney cruise line but was weird since they only ran 1 shuttle that was at 9:30 am but the terminal doesn't open till 11 am so we decided to take a lyft instead so it wasn't a problem.

We decided to stay here the night before our ship sailed from Port Canaveral. A nice, clean room. Very spacious. Wonderful breakfast - kids loved that they could make their own waffles. Very convenient as the hertz pick up and drop off is right in the parking lot. The kids also loved watching the turtles swim in the pond/swamp beside our room.
