I do not know if it is fair to rate the whole property when I have an issue with the specific condo we were staying at. Apparently this is not a hotel and therefore not all condos are managed by the same company. We stayed in 402 and it was terrible. Not only the furniture has not been updated since the early 80s (I can live with that) but it looks like the bedding has not been replaced since that time either. The beds have synthetic comforters typical of old cheap motels. The bedding is worn out and unclean. I get it, the condos are owned by individuals, but if you are going to charge people for staying at your condo, you do have to do some minimal upkeep/updating.
The building is conveniently located, right on the beach. It has a pool and a hot tub (however, the water in the hot tub was only lukewarm and it was unclear how to get it warmer).
Overall, I will not stay there again... or at least make sure we get a better room.
