Had to repeat myself plenty times, the drivethru employees were very abrupt and un polite. still had to repeat myself 3 times in person at the Window. Soft drinks were full of ice to the top with very little soda and tasted like water after the 4th finishing sip. Sandwiches were tasty and filling. Leaving the drive thru had to wait in ten minute line just to leave because of bad location and poor thought in direction on drivethru. Sorry to say my watery drink was finished before I left the parking lot. We are not impressed and probably won't return to this location.

We were unfamiliar with the Jimmy John's chain out of Chicago, but apparently "freaky fast" is their takeout motto. This particular Cape Coral restaurant is new, so the employees are not yet experienced, but what they lack in experience, they more than make up with enthusiasm and youthful energy. It's nice to walk into a place that is buzzing with customers and smiling staff.

The menu is confusing. We've been there twice but are still not sure if we can order the whole wheat for any of the categories or for only one category. Although the whole wheat makes a shorter and fatter square sandwich than the long (8") French bread that most people seem to order, we like the very delicious, freshly baked (and thickly sliced) whole wheat bread.

The sandwiches are all cold, so if you prefer a hot sandwich, get it to go and toast it at home. Unlike places like Subway or the Publix deli, you do not have as many choices as far as what goes into your sandwich, but that also makes the line go fast. For some categories of sandwiches, you have "freebies" that you can have or not, but for one or two categories, you do not get those extra veggies (I think). One sandwich from one category came with tomato and cucumber, and the other sandwich came with tomato, cucumber and lettuce. All come standard with mayo. We asked for mustard and were given packets.

I see this restaurant doing well in a busy, mid-Cape location near the Del Prado Cape Coral Hospital and the Cape Coral Middle School. The sandwich prices are refreshingly low, including the soft drink prices. Two adults can share one 8" sandwich for a quick lunch, so it's a place people who regularly hit Micky D's can switch up with for a healthier (but just as fast) meal. There's even a drive through, and they have a small outdoor seating area which will be nice when the weather cools off.

The only caveat is the handicapped parking. One stall is clearly painted blue as handicapped and has the sign in front. Another stall is NOT painted blue but has a sign on the wall of the building saying Handicapped Parking. Until that gets fixed, be careful about parking near the entrance unless you have a handicapped tag.

Nice addition to Cape Coral. There used to be a gas station and small store here. Service was very fast with a lot of people eating. Parking lot was full just before 2 PM [on a Friday] when we arrived. We split the Gargantuan between us. It was a very good sandwich. Bun was thin, so no excess bread. This was a very adequate portion for two adult appetites. There is a definite sense of humor at this place. Their signs are hilarious. So far it looks, and tastes good.
