“Family Vacation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 July 2014

We have visited Cedar Key several times and we love staying at Natures Landing. The layout and the overall experience is like being in your own home but being on vacation. My sisters come and meet from Georgia and is the best vacation of the whole year for me. a quick little walk over to George to get our wheels for the weekend which my little 2 year old grand daughter loves and we are off to tour the little island. The condos are always equipped for all our needs and to sit on the balcony at night to watch the sunset and again in the morning to watch the sun rise is just breath taking. The staff is the kind of staff you would want to have at your place of business as they are people and pet friendly and make sure all your needs are met. i would not stay anywhere but Natures landing and i intend to come back every year for our little family get together. Thank you for Making the Berger Family feel so like family.
:) C 301/C302/we had three rooms on the 3rd floor and the Berger Family Vacation along with the accommodations was wonderul

Room Tip: I think i will try to choose the end rooms as the review i read about the end rooms on the 3rd floor

We visited Cedar Key and Nature's Landing for a relaxing weekend, and that is just what we got. We stayed in C303 at Nature's Landing, and would not hesitate to return to the same condo. The view was great. Having an elevator to get to the 4th level (building on stilts) was a life saver in the summer heat. Everything was nice, clean and in good condition. Having looked at the existing pics of the condo, we were very pleasantly surprised to find that the older, smaller TVs in the living room and bedroom had been replaced by new flat screen larger TVs. I was worried that the AC may not work as well being on the top floor (with heat rising, and the units being on a lower level) ... but, that wasn't the case ... the condo was very comfortable. The view was great. The only thing I would change is the sleeper sofa, as it isn't especially comfy (as a couch, we didn't use the sleeper part).

There is a pool and hot tub. The pool is only 5 feet deep, but still a very welcome amenity. We did appreciate that from our building (C), we couldn't hear the sometimes loud shouting between the people in the pool and their family/friends in the condos above the pool (building B). We only know about it because we happened to be in the pool during one of their "conversations."

Check-in and check-out were very smooth and quick, with no surprises. Having Wi-Fi was a huge plus.

We very much enjoyed Nature's Landing, and definitely plan to be return customers.

We stayed in unit a301. It was very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Because it is an end unit, there were windows on two sides, which made for a great view. We liked being higher up and away from the pool, because this is a family place and there are kids, so the pool was very busy. (We were there with our young daughter)
It's within walking distance to the little beach and park so it's very convenient. You can also walk to the little town area.
We really enjoyed ourselves! My only complaint is we didn't stay longer!

Room Tip: Top floor, end unit, for the view and quiet

The Natures Landing Condo was fantastic. The layout was great and the extra half bath in our one bedroom was a great extra. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the pool was great. The unit and the grounds were in great shape and always very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We were next to the elevator and never heard it once while we were there. Our unit overlooked the p...

The condos at Natures Landing are very nice and an exceptional value for the money. One of the best things is you can park your car and not get back in it through your entire stay. Cleanliness and well equipped units is also what makes this place a great choice. The staff at Natures Landing is very friendly and will give you some great information if this is your first time.
We had such a nice time during our stay. The beach is right down the street as is the shopping, restaurants and watering holes. Seafood is abundant, so if your a seafood lover this is the place to be. If you have a boat, you should bring it. Boat ramps are there for easy access and trailer parking is at Natures Landing Condos. Lots of places to explore and the fishing is some of the best around. Don't pass up this for your next trip, you'll be missing out for sure.

Room Tip: We have stayed in a couple units but check out A102

This was our second trip to Natures Landing. Booking always easy and staff at the facility is always very helpful. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained and the units we have stayed in are always spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in very good order. Stayed in a third-floor unit this time. View is better from the third floor, and having an upper unit also helps with the noise level. In fact, the only negative thing I can say about the units (and the reason for very good rather than excellent) was the noise levels. While we did stay on a very busy weekend, both stays have been accompanied by lots of noisy (running) children. Because the floors are wooden, footsteps resonate. I would recommend top-floor end units during busy weekends if you are a person that is bothered by adjacent noise. Other than the noise, there is little else to consider in the negative. The value is very good on these units. The location is within walking distance the main attractions, boat launch, pier, etc. The balconies on the rear of the unit overlook the "marsh" side and are peaceful--especially in the early morning. Persons pulling a boat should be aware that parking is a bit tight on the busy weekends, but there are places for boat and trailer parking.

Room Tip: Pick a top floor for best views and top-floor end units to help mitigate the noise when staying duri...

Can't say enough good things about Tina at Natures Landing. We arrived this Memorial Day weekend to find out our room had been double booked. Not only did Tina find us a place to stay she gave us her own personal golf cart to travel back and forth since all of our family was staying at Natures Landing. Gave us keys to the pool so we would have our own access. She was kind and went above and beyond. Great service at Natures Landing!
