We stayed on the 12th floor last week, in a north-facing room. We had a nice view of the bay and the gulf.
The room had a full kitchen, and fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. Ours was a studio suite, so all was in one large room. We had a nice balcony with table and chairs.

There is indoor and outdoor service at the restaurant on the beach side of the hotel, and it is a lovely place to dine.
The spa is beautiully appointed, with a panoramic view of the bay. Snacks are served. I had a very relaxing manicure.
We would return.

From the time we walked into our room until we left, our time here was excellent. The front desk staff was great, especially Jessica she was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything is so close by you can walk around snd find everything you want we parked at the hotel and never needed the car. GREATEST PLACE EVER

We stayed here for a family holiday in a 2 bed room Gulf Apartment. Room was spacious and the views fantastic. However, the fixtures and fittings in the room were not that of a five star hotel. In addition, the pool area was ok, but due to design of the hotel was very overlooked and windy. Also, fitness centre was very small (and packed) for such a large hotel.

Service at the hotel was patchy, sometimes great, other times non-existent. Location was fanastic being across from the wonderful beach and all the main eating places being within a 15 min walk.

Would I go back?, probably but mainly due to location and beach.

The rooms are nice and spacious! They have a mini kitchen with a stove top, microwave, bar and full size refrigerator. We stayed on the 16th floor which was quiet and great views. I also love the sky terrace on the 16th floor which is beautiful at night, with views of the ocean and the bay!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next yo pier 60 and everything is within walking distance. I did not give it five stars due to the tv. The room has a large flat screen digital tv but analog service. The picture is not what you would expect and not what the tv is capable of producing. It is kind of shocking that the Hyatt doesn't have digital cable. I don't watch much tv but it was still a disappointment. But that is really my only complaint. So, if you don't really watch tv while on vacation, it will be a non-factor.

The pool is really nice and being on the 8th floor it gets a nice breeze. There is also bar and grill service right at your pool chair and the servers are delightful. If you book the hotel as an Allegiant air vacation along with your flight it is a great value! Also, if you are a Hyatt passport member you get 25% off of the food and drinks in the hotel. I would definitely stay again ,

Room Tip: Stay on the higher floors to avoid noise!

The hotel nice I would stay here again. We spent 3 nights here and it was good. The staff is very nice and helpful and the place is kept clean. The rooms are large with a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was not that comfortable though and the pillows seemed hard and stiff, but that was ok we spent a lot of time enjoying the few from our balcony. Other than that the rooms are kept very clean.
The hotel is close to anything you would want to do like dinning, entertainment and tours. We had fun!
