“Should of had a slice of pizza”
Reviewed 18 April 2014

From the Tampa area and the Lobster Pot Bistro without a doubt is the worst restaurant in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County area. A great location has no doubt kept this dump in business. The Service as well as the management no doubt is a mere promotion from the multiple pizza and ice cream parlors in the area with absolutely no experience in fine dining. The grouper was far from authentic and will repost the results of the sample taken for authenticity. The remoulade sauce resembled tarter sauce with crawfish that was cold on the special of the day and my son's chicken fingers resembled that of shoe leather. Our drinks were always empty the server was non existent and the management unprofessional. I highly recommend the pizza or hot dogs establishments that you pass by over this two and a half hour experience

“Enjoyable time”
Reviewed 13 April 2014 via mobile

We ate here on April 11. Made a reservation on line 15 mins before hand. Our table was ready when we arrived. Service started a bit slow but our waiter, Christian came through with great service throughout the meal. We didn't feel rushed as the restaurant was busy. Good overall food profile......

“Corn was still frozen!”
Reviewed 10 April 2014

Corn on the cob in my husbands lobster boil was still cold and frozen in the middle. The potatoes we're not cooked all the way.
We went to dinner here early in the evening and there was no crowd, so there's no excuse for the undercooked food. The waitress was very nice and asked the kitchen to replace the corn, but they said it would take a while. We told them to forget it, we would be done by then.
My burger was just average.
Husband and daughter said the lobster was good though.
Not worth the $75 price tag.

“A nice evening out”
Reviewed 1 March 2014 via mobile

Overall, we had an enjoyable evening at the Lobster Pot Bistro. Everyone enjoyed the evening. The only complaint was the Lobster Roll sandwich was salty. The Mahi Mahi was excellent. The Lobster Cargot was good (escargot with lobster instead of snails). The key lime pie was very tasty. A little different from what we have experienced prior.

“Avoid”
Reviewed 28 February 2014 via mobile

Many more tasty places to eat in CWB. Avoid this one. Food so so. Desserts were not good. Waiter was actually on rude side and very annoying. Overall negative experience. I wouldn't go back.
