We eat sushi a lot and enjoy saki as well. We have been to japan several times and had sushi throughout the US and Europe and we have never had more creative rolls. Usually we have sashimi or nigiri be we never got to them at this restaurant as the rolls the waitress suggested were just too good. Saki was just as good. Prices were reasonable.
