House #67 is a beautiful house no doubt - however it just has not been kept up. We rent vacation homes 2-3 times a year in FL and never have we been so disappointed in a house. Appliances (refrigerator and garbage disposal) did not work. Refrigerator was eventually repaired - but only after we insisted and had lost over $150 in food. Water smell was horrible and was full of rust - you absolutely could not stand to shower - it smelled so bad - like rotten eggs. We had to shut the door to the laundry room to prevent the smell from going through the house. Our clothes were ruined by rust in the water. Master shower was clogged and we had to buy 2 bottles of draino to clear it. Insects (roaches and ants) invaded the house. Owners had most of the house locked up . .we could not even use the pantry, and our groceries had to sit out on the counter. Pool bathroom was locked up so you had to walk completely through the house to the bedroom to use a bathroom from the pool. Pool cushions were filthy and had to be washed prior to use. Leaves in the pool could not be removed as the pool utensils were locked up. We had to borrow one of the office gals nets to clean the pool. Carpet in the master bedroom was worn and filthy. And finally - they had only ONE working smoke detector, The other two smoke detectors in the bedrooms had been removed. This is a horrible horrible shame for such a beautiful house.
