The Bed and Breakfast was very nice. Waking distance to Cocoa Village which is very nostalgic. The innkeeper Hope was very nice. She cooked a big breakfast in the morning. The evening We arrived we walked to Ryan's pizza very good food and excellent service.

Spent seven nights here. A very nice tastefully furnished house which you will have the run of. More breakfast than you can eat with different cooked element each day. Guest access to fridge and coffee maker in the room. Bonus of wine bar 4 evenings per week. Hope, the inn keeper and the ladies helping her are all friendly and were great company for me as a solo traveller.

Room Tip: Sampled only Pummelo and Honey bell - both excellent

My visit to the Parrish Grove Inn was very pleasant and Hope was an amazing Inn keeper! The home is exquisite and clean! The rooms are beautiful and the feeling of welcome was all over the place!
Cocoa Village is quite an experience in itself, lovely walks, wonderful restaurants, and a most enjoyable get away!

Well, we went to Valentine’s dinner at Parrish Grove Inn. I called this morning and was told they had “one table left for the 6 pm setting.
As connoisseurs of fine dining we have been to the Parrish Grove Inn before for brunch and wine tasting on several occasions. We soon noticed that the dining area was empty and only us and one other table was taken. The dinner and courses 1 & 2 began well, but when course three (the main course) the problems seemed to take a down turn.
We watched as our dinners were given to the only other patrons in the room and placed in front of them on their table. The owner and her daughter soon realized that they dishes were not for that table. They took the plates that were already served to other guests up and brought them to our table. We did not say anything at this point, but cut into the chicken dish and it was cold. We waited for 10-15 minutes for anyone to return to the table and finally when the “owner” came to check on us we told her that the entrees were cold. She asked what could be done and my wife was over the dish and did not want another one. We asked for just one main entrée and we would split it.
By this time our table was being ignored, we could feel that we were the “table with a problem”. Finally the one entrée came out and now we only had one set of utensils. We shared the silverware until the “owner” came back and we asked for a second set. We shared the one dish and it was warm and ok.
The service continued to be lacking as now we were the “problem table’. Once I asked for the bill I expected at least some type of discount as we did not even get the full two meals, not to mention our meals were delivered to another table by mistake. No consideration was given for the wrong table or cold food and my wife did not even get her entrée.
On the way out the “owner” asked how everything was in front of a room filled with people, my wife replied “It was not that good” and the owner replied in a conceding reply. "You're the only ones that have complained and gave us a dirty look. Every restaurant can make a mistake or have an off night, it’s how to react and treat the customer that matters. We will not be back.

There are 14 ladies who go on a girls' trip once every January, and our usual destination is St. Augustine. Hurricane Matthew changed our plans this year, so we had to come up with a new location. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go to Parrish Grove Inn. It was meant to be without a doubt. The home is beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. It is within walking distance to dozens of cute shops, salons, and restaurants/pubs. Our host, Hope, is wonderful, as she went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. It felt like home! Hope and her assistant, Nikki, made sure that we didn't want for anything: they made us wonderful appetizers, had plenty of wine, and the breakfasts were gourmet. We have already scheduled our trip with the Parrish Grove Inn for next year, and January 2018 can't come fast enough! I highly recommend this Inn for a girls' trip, family getaway, or romantic couple's weekend. You will not be disappointed.
