Had a wonderful time., beautiful lobby., really makes u feel like home.., Gale the lady at the front desk was sooo sweet and helpful.., had a nice renovated room looking over the pool and beach.., nice breakfast the ladies serving us were sweet.. but it was to hot to eat in that room cuz it was opened to the outside., the room should be closed off and air conditioned., we ended up having to take our breakfast back to the room because it was so hot I felt faint., they had a place for guest to sit outside but they should let the guest sit inside with air in that nice room., cuz it felt like a waste cuz it was too hot.. but i will definitely will come back cuz of gale and the and the lovely experience we had. ,

We stayed here for two midweek nights, and had a comfortable stay. It's basically an older beachfront motel which has been updated and converted to a B & B concept. Our King Room showed some age, and had a very small bathroom (but with a nice tiled shower) and hardly any closet space (like 1-2 coat hangers). The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked that the bedside lighting was very bright. I understand there may be other rooms which have been recently renovated, so you might request those. The hotel is not exactly "beachfront" as there is a public parking lot between the beach and the hotel, but the walk to the beach is just a minute or so. We were on the second floor, and the ocean view from the porch is pretty distant.

The hotel location is right in the middle of Cocoa Beach, just a short walk from the Ron Jon complex (if interested). There are several large common rooms which are nicely furnished. Also, there is a free wine and cheese social every afternoon, and this is a good time to get to know other guests similar to staying in a B & B. The free breakfast is "one size fits all"---basically you get an egg dish like a quiche, fruit, etc., but there's only one choice and it's served on trays semi-cafeteria style. But the food was fine, and it's lovely to sit out on the patio for breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly, and helpful in selecting restaurants, etc. (like you would see in a nice B & B). The grounds of the hotel are very pretty, well maintained and includes a small outdoor pool. The B & B concept makes a stay here more of a personal experience, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: Ask for the most recently renovated room.

We were booked into the Inn for two nights in January. Unfortunately, Florida was affected by the unseasonal cold weather so our gorgeous spot on the beach was not so gorgeous.

We arrived in late afternoon after a drive from Savannah. Check in was quick and efficient and we found our rooms very welcoming. We had booked around nine months in advance and were given the rooms promised to us in our email from Larry. We were traveling with two teenagers and adjoining rooms were provided. Our view over the beach from our private balcony would have been wonderful if the weather was better. My husband and I joined other travellers in the lounge area for wine and cheese and over the course of two evenings, met some very interesting people.

We visited the Kennedy Space Centre on a freezing cold day, but it was worth the visit. We ate locally at the Beach Shack the first night and ordered Chinese takeaway the second night. Breakfast in the dining room was lovely, home baked banana bread, fresh fruit, good coffee. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

Our first room was musty and very outdated...we complained and were offered a brand new, updated room. It seems there are only a few updated rooms available. Do yourself a favor and request one of these. Breakfast was coconut bread, quiche, cut up fruit, hard boiled eggs. Adequate and nice since it is included in room charge. Our room for 2 people was given 2 washcloths and 2 towels daily. I called the front desk one night to get 1 extra washcloth and towel ...when I went to pick them up at the desk I was interrogated as to why I couldn't use the dirty ones again. Not a bad place to stay but I feel I was misled by all the 5 star reviews on trip advisor. For $250 per night, I expected more.

Room Tip: Insist on a new updated room

We just checked out of the Inn at Cocoa Beach and hated to leave.
The rooms were so pretty and homey and just beyond the view of the pool from our balcony was the Atlantic Ocean. A short walk across a little wooden bridge brought us to the beach. And a glorious one it was. Breakfast in the morning, wine and cheese in the evening, two little hotel pups and two beautiful parrots to tell us hello in the morning. What more could you ask for.
Simply wonderful and can't wait to return.

Very beautiful little gem on the beach. Our room was steps from the pool and beach! Very handing, clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating/helpful. Really nice having wine and grapes/cheese/crackers in the afternoon - nice touch! Room and bathroom a bit small but you are not there for the room/bathroom - we are there for the beach and sites :)

Next time we will stay on the second floor to see what that's like. Thank you for a nice stay

Maybe it's the "Inn" name that excuses some of the issues. Stayed in the older section, 2nd fl. AC rattled and sputtered despite a visit from maint. During 2 night stay trash not emptied, toilet seat missing a foot and had several nicks, rm size = small, no safety latch or bolt on door... I could go on. Great location on beach + grounds very well kept. Maybe the newer section is better but my experience would not merit a return visit.
