After visiting Charleston, it was good to come and stay for two days at Cocoa Beach. The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was just what we wanted, quiet, clean, and next to the beach.
When we checked in, the concierge told us that our room didn't have an ocean view. I asked him if one was available and he told us that there is one. He was very helpful and changed our room.
The room was just what you need at a good hotel. It had a good shower, a good air conditioning system, and a good bed. I have to say, we had a very good night's sleep.
The location was very good too. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops and only a half-hour drive from the Cape Canaveral visitor area (probably the most well-known attraction in the area).
The hotel's restaurant was very good too. The starter course of some calamari in my case was very tasty and the pizza which I ate was very good.
Having the computers in the reception was very helpful.
The only thing which I would set back however, was that the elevators were pretty slow and usually pretty crowded.
All in all, I think that if you are staying in Cocoa Beach, I recommend you stay at this hotel.
Oh yea, and the hotel's parking is very big and you don't have to pay extra (its included in the price).More
