“Another shopping street but well connected”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

We stayed at a hotel near to Miracle Mile. It is a convenient place to shop and dine (the dining is on the expensive side though) but the experience is just like any other shopping street. However, this street is well connected. There are 2 types of free trolley, one within Coral Gables and another one which connects you to Miami downtown (available during weekdays only). If you would like to stay near to Miami airport I think Coral Gables will be a better choice than Doral - because of Miracle Mile.

“If you need a wedding gown or are hungry, this is your street!”
Reviewed 21 May 2014

This road is fun to walk down and look at all the wedding gown stores. There are too many restaurants to count from espresso bars to fine dining. Be sure you make reservations early if you plan on going somewhere to eat on a Friday or Saturday night! There is a great beauty supply store on the mile!

“Nice place to visit in Coral Gables.”
Reviewed 18 May 2014

Great shopping, great restaurant, and wonderful atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places to visit in the Gables. Also has nice coffee shops and large Barnes and Noble Bookstore to browse. Highly recommend and walk through.

“Come Eat!”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

I love Miracle Mile. It is not the most exciting place in the world and I might not drive a long distance to go but I live in the area and absolutely adore coming over here to walk around and eat. There are TONS of restaurants to try out and it is always clean and nice to walk up and down the street or sit outside. In the winter, the lights on the trees are beautiful. From January to March there is a great farmer's market at the end of the road. Every once in awhile they shut the whole street down and have carnivale/art festival type events which are the best, usually complete with food stands and various vendor giveaways.

There are some shops and salons as well, although they are mostly bridal or flower shops and it really is all about the food. There are selections for everyone! Parking can be difficult on the Mile itself to find a meter but there are several lots within a couple blocks and metered parking on the surrounding streets so unless there is a huge festival it is not difficult to park nearby.
