The hotel is one block away from highway. With most of the restaurants east of the freeway there is a small inconvenience, but worth it having a new hotel/not a converted hotel. Nice work out room, small outdoor pool and the typical nice lobby with coffee bar and fireplace.

I decided to book this hotel for us (3) based on the reviews on tripadvisor. We got there last Saturday, the outside of the hotel looks nice, the lobby and the check in perfect. Well we left our bags and headed out. We got back almost at midnight from the stadium and decided to take a bath ... well we saw some ( a lot ) of hairs in the bat floor ( room 426 ) ... they changed us to another room and we found a toothbrush on the baths floor ( yuk 422 )... thaye moved us again ( room 423 ) just to find out the a/c did not work. We were really thinking of changing hotels but because of the hour we decided to stay ... they gave us room 105 and it looks fine ... when I was trying to open the door to the safe, I saw the night tables with ants because they did not clean some soda rings ... sooo ... we went again to the front desk, and the person in charge of security came to see that we were definetly not making things up ... you can just imagine how we were feeling ... the next morning the manager Heather was not at the hotel but we talked with the on site manager who offered us to change to a bigger room, we declined because it was only the three of us and did not want to move for the fifth time ... He offered to take care of the bill for the night for the inconveniences and said that they would clean up our room perfectly so we again headed out. At night when we came back everything was ok and since it was our last night there we were just happy to be leaving soon ...the next morning when our check out bill came ... we found out that they had only taken 30 dollars of our bill !! When I asked he just shrugged his shouldera and said that it was the only thing he would do ... not much to say to that ... this hotel is a fraud since in the key paper jacket says "... if you arent totally satisfied with any part of your visit at CS, your nights stay is on us. Plain and simple " ... well then plain and simple do not stay here, it wouldbe your biggest mistake ... believe me ..

Room Tip: Please ... do not choose this hotel at all !!

We stayed for one night pre-cruise. We chose this hotel due this its location close to the airport and the cruise port.

Check in was prompt and they confirmed our transportation to the cruise port upon check in. We were a group of 17 people and they managed to get us to the Oasis of the Seas in one car - impressive.

Rooms were nice looking and beds were super-comfy. Only complaint I have is the air condition which is quite noisy and located on the floor. In some of our rooms the air condition also had a bad smell. We only stayed for one night, so it was not a big problem. If we had stayed longer, we would asked them to change the rooms which I am confident they would have.

Lobby area is nice, they have a swimming pool and a gym.

I will definitely stay here again for my next cruise.

We were staying here for a one night pre-cruise stay. Check-in was easy and pleasant. The first room they gave us was on the second floor. As soon as we walked in, I smelled mold. Upon inspection, there was visible mold on the top parts of the walls where it meets the ceiling. We immediately went back downstairs and explained the issue. They did not even question us, which leads me to believe mold is a problem on the lower floors. I had read this on another site (Cruise Critic), so I knew mold may be an issue on the lower floors. They gave us a room on the 5th floor, which was mold free. The staff was nice, breakfast was good. I would stay here again as a one-night pre-cruise stay, but would ask for a room on the upper floors right off the bat.

This hotel is a great pick for those planning to cruise. It is fairly new, offers nice amenities and allows you to park your car during the cruise. Transfers to and from the ship were great. Unbelievable price for all that you get. Highly recommend it!
