This hotel provides shuttle service to and from the airport....that is why we chose it! Our travel was accommodated well through this service. The courtesy beverages were appreciated and the oatmeal squares that were offered were delicious. Thank you!

I have stayed at several HG Inn's and found them to be generally good, but the hotel in Dania, FL was a big disappointment. My room key didn't work after the first night of a four night stay because that night was free using Hilton Garden points so I waited for 20 minutes on a line of 12 people to be re-keyed. I complained to management and was told that was the policy -- to be re-keyed after the first free night and before starting the three paying nights. There was no "I'm sorry. What can we do to make it right" that is the basis of good customer service. In addition, the elevators were dirty; encrusted dirt in the corners; hand stains on the walls. The bathroom floors also were not well cleaned. The food that was 'made to order' came to the table cold. I would not recommend this hotel.

Flew into FLL the night before a cruise out of the Port of Miami. Flight arrived late so it was near 11:45pm by the time we got our bags, called the hotel about the shuttle, they directed us to the pick up area and the shuttle arrived in less than ten minutes. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, check in went quick and easy and I was offered my two free bottles of water as a Hilton Honors member. We had a junior suite for our family of 4, room was nice.

The breakfast buffet at 12.95 a person seems high to me, I understand from a business point of view the buffet probably makes big money per year for the hotel. We weren't going to spend $50 for a family of 4 to have breakfast so we just walked 100 feet to Burger King for a quick breakfast

Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and the grounds looked nice as well. When I finally was able to go to sleep around midnight I heard the train horn that I read about, but we all fell asleep and nobody heard the train again.

We had great service from both the shuttle and front desk staff. We will stay here again if we cruise out of south Florida.

We had a lovely king room overlooking the pool. Everything spick and span, modern and very well equipped.
Staff were so helpful- nothing was too much trouble.
Free local shuttle -restaurants etc-was excellent. Theres also a shuttle service you pay for for longer trips-30 minutes to Sawgrass Mills =$70 for 2.
I would definitely use this hotel again.

Staff was wonderful, we stayed overnight before a cruise so I was ok with the room. But I would never stay there longer then that as the area is quite sketchy and far from all the activities and the beach.

The rooms require a major overhaul as they are old looking and not in my opinion what I consider a Hilton standard as I always go to Hilton hotels when I travel they are usually excellent in every way.

Stayed here one night prior to my cruise on the Carnival Victory. We arrived in Ft. Lauderdale at about 12:35 pm. Southwest airlines was the carrier. Took the hotel shuttle from the airport.
There was very prompt service and the driver was very nice.

Arrived at the hotel, I am a Hilton Honors member. Room that I requested was not ready, but they gave me a room near an elevator that was ready. The hotel is very nice. Good desk service and nice people. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.

they have a shuttle driver that will take you to local restaurants very near by but across a busy highway. This too was very convenient. When you want to go back, you just call.

Room Tip: just tell the desk what you need, they are very helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after flying back from Copenhagen. After our 10+ hour flight, we were ready for some rest and relaxation and this hotel did a great job in delivering that. Before even arriving, we received an email from Danny Ordaz, Director of Operations, welcoming us to the hotel and providing airport shuttle information. This email was super convenient as it had the number to call for the shuttle and detailed information for where to meet the shuttle. A great start! Then, upon checking in, the gentleman behind the desk (I wish I remembered his name) was very helpful, kind, and provided not one, not two, but THREE options for dinner. The first option is that their shuttle driver will drop you off and pick you up at any surrounding restaurant on his way to/from the airport which was great (you may have to wait a little bit for him to return, but come on it was FREE)! The shuttle runs all night so you wouldn't have any issue catching a ride back. The staff member also told us that their kitchen was making food for about 15 more minutes so if we wanted to stay in, go ahead and get our order in. (The 3rd option was a pizza delivery place.) We ended up ordering from the kitchen there -- we were lucky to have him let us know that we'd need to get our order in soon! (Believe it or not some people wouldn't think to tell you the time they shut down...) The food was pretty much par for the course, but I'd say it was fairly priced for a hotel and you got a lot of it! The shuttle leaving the next morning left about 10 minutes late, but we had plenty of time before our flight so we weren't worried. The overall reason for my high rating is due to the friendly, common-sense nature of all the employees working at this hotel. (The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable as you would expect at a Hilton Garden Inn). Great job!
