We stayed here to allow us a launching pad to visit family. The staff was attentive and responsive. It is a very large and nice resort that seems to be tailored to business travelers and families. We enjoyed a nice stop at the spa to have some pedicures (wife and I); manicure (wife); the licensed technician Martha was exceptional--she did a great job and was a pleasure to talk with and share a few laughs.

This will be my go to when in the Kissimmee area.

Took our family of 5 on a quick weekend getaway. Beautiful property and great amenities. Kids loved the pool area, lazy river, slide and hot tubs. Poolside chairs are a hot commodity and are scarce if you do not get one early. The zero entry pool area becomes overcrowded and the overflow works its way over to the formal pool area. I think that upset a few folks but you have to get lounge chairs when and where they become avaialble - sorry. All three kids, ages 13, 10, 2 - all had a great time and gave it 5 stars. the 9 hole par 3 golf course was a great activity for me and the 2 older kids. I think all the major boxes got checked but seemd to be missing that little something extra - going the extra step. All the food from all the restaurants, including room service was excellent and reasonably priced.

I was asked to locate a room between our two activities: Monster truck ride and LEGOLAND. This was the perfect choice. The lazy river, water slide and pools made it hard to want to leave the property! Next trip we will just hang out enjoying the water amenities. As an added bonus we enjoyed WDW fireworks from our balcony both nights!

Great stay overall, hated the parking and resort charges. Also cabana rentals were too high priced. Eat at Zen and order the Zen Experience. Food was delicious. Take advantage of the pools and lazy river.

If your version of Disney is to visit the park then stay somewhere nice (that is not Disney) then look no further. The Omni at Championsgate has something for everyone. The hotel is beautifully appointed with multiple dining options including Zen (Chinese), Trevi's (Italian), David's Club and Croc's (poolside). They have two (2) pools which cater to the whole family. One pool has a beachlike entry slope which is nice to sit in along with a nice slide. There is a lazy river that has some nice water features to keep you watered down as you go around. The "formal pool" has a definitively more mature feeling although children are welcome. The seats are cushioned and the atmosphere is more laid back. We stayed for the Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay there. Poolside servers cater drinks and food at your whim. There is also a kids place, Camp Omni but I cannot speak to that as our children are too old for it. I don't golf but I am told that the golf course is amazing as well.

I stayed this past weekend with friends for a 50th birthday. Kids and adults all had a great time. Service was supreme. Good and drink prices as expected for a resort.

They made an error in our pizza order, cheese can pepperoni. It was solved by doubling my suds order, and providing me with a cheese and a pepperoni pizza.

Henry in the lobby bar was friendly and made a fantastic Moscow Mule.

Fantastic first visit, can't wait to plan my next one!!

I have stayed at this location few times. This is the first time I stayed on the pet floor. The room was reasonably clean, however, the hallways smelled like Dog Kennel. It was a total turn-off the minute I got off the elevator.
