We were very happy and pleasantly surprised when we got to the villa. Everything was just as they explained it and MORE! Nice, clean and very well kept. We were in the pool almost everyday which was cleaned while we were there. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Our only regret...wish we stayed longer. I hope we get another chance in the future to go back to this awesome rental. Yeah!

Nice clean property, very comfortable ,beautiful neighborhood . We would recommend this home for a long or short stay we really enjoyed our time at this home and would consider renting this property on our next visit . we also experienced our first Black Friday sale and it was quite the shopping experience.

Our whole experience with booking with Christian through Trip Advisor was a breeze. He was very friendly and helpful and always quick to respond. We (Family of four, kids 11 and 13) stayed at his villa for two weeks at the end of July through to August.
The villa is situated in a quiet community about 25 minutes drive from the Universal parks, although closer for Disney; not visited this time around as our kids wanted the bigger rides at Universal.
The villa itself, was very clean and spacious, with plenty of utensils, towels etc. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, cleaned once a week by the pool man and always very warm. On the days we stayed and relaxed by the pool, the kids took advantage of the air hockey table in the garage when it was too hot outside.
Mattresses have been recently replaced in the two bigger bedrooms and were very comfortable. In fact it is making us consider replacing our own mattress back at home, for a similar luxury.
We didn't take advantage of the facilities in the community, as we are not golfers and the facilities offered at the villa was all we needed.
We would recommend eating at "Sundays" just around the corner from Highlands Reserve, it serves English food and the best fish and chips in the area. For food shopping, there is a local Publix, although there is a large Walmart about 5-10 minutes drive away.
Tip - We purchased a 14 day Orlando Flex Ticket Plus ticket from Orlando Attractions prior to our trip; this allowed us unlimited use of all six of the Universal Parks. On a couple of days, we would visit a waterpark in the morning, when it was quieter and not as hot, then drive onto to Sea World for the remainder of the day. We were able to reuse our parking ticket from the waterpark at SeaWorld. This saved money, as parking is cheaper at the waterpark that at SeaWorld.

Thank you Christian for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful villa in Florida. We have always stayed in Davenport when visiting the state and I have to say that your villa was the nicest one that we've stayed in yet. The home was beautiful inside and out. The community was so peaceful and even though the golf course was close by the trees kept it very private. You have some very pretty foliage which prettied things up so much. Michel and Veronica, the property managers, were very nice and easy to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues when we got to the home but Michel was quick to come to the villa and make sure that everything was corrected.

We will definitely be coming back.
