The house was excellent and in great condition , we were not able to use the pool due to the weather. Everything else was perfect. The customer service was great I give them AAA+++

We stayed here in the last two weeks of September, when I first arrived and stepped into the property I was pleasantly surprised it looked much nicer than it did in the pictures, the property was emmaculate and so were the grounds, we had five small children with us and we really appreciated the security around the swimming pool being the alarmed patio door which lead to the pool as well as the safety gate which surrounded the pool. We really loved the master bedroom with the gorgeous spacious ensuite not to mention the huge walk in wardrobe which was a nice touch. I visit Florida often and would definitely stay at this villa again and would recommend to friends, the location was fairly central to the major theme parks roughly a 15-20 minute drive depending on which park you were visiting. The only cons I would point out are the games room which is in the converted garage was rather hot so we didnt venture in there to play any of the games I love air hockey but because of the heat didnt do it and I also like the gym which was a bit of a let down as there were only five different pieces of equipment, that said the villa was still a lovely place to stay and I will definetly recommend it.

Loved our stay in this lovely villa. Very easy to access - close to I4 and all the major attractions. Home was very clean and well appointed. Want to go back already!!

This is our first time visiting Florida and we certainly were not disappointed. From the word go Jean was very helpful with everything. I only had to send an email with any question and almost immediately she would reply. Our flight going was delayed by 24 hours and Jean emailed on the Saturday night to make sure we had got there ok. She also gave us the opportunity of a late leaving time instead of the usual10am on the day of our departure as she didn't have someone going in until the next day. We thought this was a really kind gesture as not everyone would be that obliging. The villa is very clean, spacious (plenty of room for hanging up everyones clothes) and well ventilated which we needed with the time of year we were there. It is a gated community which we wanted as we have children and also with it being our first time visiting. The estate is well maintained and is really quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. It's only approx 20mins by car to get to all the theme parks which is really good. We will definitely be back!!

From our first contact with the Landlord we experienced nothing but professionalism and were made to feel very secure in our dealings. I, my husband and two daughters 11 & 15 stayed here for a week in July. From the minute we arrived we felt at home, The villa was absolutely spotless, very spacious and extremely comfortable. We had all the amenities and comforts of home with all the mod cons. My girls fell in love instantly with the pool table, air hockey table and the magnificent swimming pool that catered for their late night swims. They were more than happy to spend their days lazing by the pool while we could just relax. The surrounding area was just as beautiful and shops where less than a 5 minute drive away. All the theme parks and shopping malls where about 25 - 30 minute drive away. The villa provided us with the space for all of us to have an extremely relaxing and enjoyable holiday. My girls loved it that much that they want to return next year and I would certainly have no problem recommending it to anybody.

Excellent villa well equipped for anything you could want, two families stayed in villa and there was plenty of room for all of us. Free WiFi at the villa was an added bonus for the teenagers. Pool area fabulous and pool at club house also great. In a gated community and area kept very clean. Disney about 20 minutes drive from the villa, straight up the I 4. Caretakers very friendly and helpful. Great supermarket 5 minutes down the road for all your essentials. Jean very helpful and communication was always very prompt and informative.
Will definitely be returning again!!!!!
