This was a home away from home. Very clean! Pool was wonderful! Kitchen had all of the necessary essentials and then some! The island was a plus! There were cups in the cabinet that you could take to Universal and pay to reactivate for all day unlimited drinks versus paying for a new cup at the initial price. This was a nice surprise! The TV is enormous maybe 50 inches!I think it's a 4K or whatever it's called. OMG! The picture is so clear...almost lifelike! The subdivision is a nice and quiet area. Far enough from the hustle and bustle and from the crowds after a long day at the parks. A bad storm hit during our stay and blew a couple of the screens loose around the pool area. Called the manager and was fixed the next day. Even Sandra called to make sure all was well. Some recommendations are that an ironing board be added in one of the closets. We had to iron clothes on beds which didn't always yield the best results. The furniture in the great room was a nice leather and trendy but not very comfy. The cushions were a tad bit flat and hard...especially the around the arms of the sofa and love seat. Your neck will hurt after a while when you try to stretch out. Also the air hockey game in the garage was not working. Management was informed. These were minor things and the home is a great place. I agree with the other reviews...pictures don't really do it justice. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks Sandra!

We just arrived home from our trip to Orlando and we stayed in this beautiful villa. We had 3 older children and a total of 3 adults with plenty of space to escape each other in it. Everything was provided ( kitchen utensils , cooker, microwave, dishwasher, tv's in all rooms, great wifi ) all we had to do was get some groceries! It was immaculately clean and very well maintained with pool attended to, grass cut and bins put out for collection by management company . The pool/area was gorgeous and the whole villa is so much nicer in person than the photos ( though it is lovely in the photo's) so it was an added bonus. Location is perfect with shops and restaurants a short drive away. Busch Gardens 1 hr, Disney parks around 20 mins . Nothing was too far to get to even ( We went to Florida Mall and both Outlets)
I wouldn't hesitate giving my recommendation and I would stay there again without a second thought. We all loved it.

We chose this rental for our stay in Florida for our Disney vacation and we couldn't have chosen a better place! It was clean, stocked with everything we'd need just like home, and more than enough space for our family. It was only 15 minutes away from Disney as well, which was perfect. Sandra was incredibly helpful and easy to reach. Whenever we decide to vacation in the area again, we'll definitely be getting in touch with her again.

This home was absolutely amazing! It was everything you could ask for in a home away from home. Everything was convenient and easily accessible. Sandra was very informative and Michelle and Dave were very helpful in assisting us with our questions. We look forward to returning in the future!
