We stayed at The Grand Seas Resort as an exchange timeshare. We had a one bedroom room with a full kitchen and nice sized livingroom. This resort is right on the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. The downside to this resort is that while we had to wear wrist bands showing that we were guests they do not check everyone that is at the pool. While we were sitting at the beach we observed many cars parking (you can park on this beach) and going up the stairs to the pool area and using the chairs and pool that is suppose to be for guests only leaving the availability for the guests limited. Another downside was that the bed in the bedroom is right up against the wall and window leaving very little room to get in and out of the bed. There isn't a balcony which was a disappointment as it would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the beach. Housekeeping dropped the ball with their service when I called the front desk 2 times and went to the front desk 2 times asking for an ironing board and a corkscrew. They assured me that they would notify housekeeping. I was there for 7 days and never received either.
