Love it here. Been twice now. The whole thing is cool. Ofcourse the griddle and pancakes are the best. De leon springs right there is just another plus!!

“Fun place to visit and eat”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 October 2013

This is a cook your own breakfast restaurant. They bring the batter to the table and you have a griddle built into the table where you cook your own pancakes, eggs, and french toast. They also have add-ins to the pancakes (blueberries, chocolate chips, etc.) and bacon and sausage (that are cooked in the kitchen). It's all you can eat pancakes for only $4.95.

“Great experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2013

This was a unique experience where we were able to make our own pancakes and french toast. Each table has it's own griddle and they bring you the batter to use. The menu has other items but their main sale is the pancakes. Prices were very reasonable. It was very hot in the store but there were fans which helped move the air. We enjoyed the park itself also. Very clean and well groomed with lots to see.

“Pancakes and kayaks”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 October 2013

We went for breakfast with a large group and with a reservation we were all close together. They really got a kick out of cooking their own meals and the breakfast menu is well described by others on TA. Afterward, we walked the springs park and then went kayaking for four hours up and back the peaceful river. Plenty of bird life, a few alligators and the water was flat calm. The park itself is beautiful if kayaking is not interest. The spring is crystal clean. Some were fishing in the river. A hidden gem about 40 minutes form Daytona off I-95.

“Great fun, and excellent value for money”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 October 2013

My wife and I have visited this place several times now and it is really good fun and "different" whilst being excellent value.

You sit at a table with a hot griddle in the middle surrounded by various syrups (honey, maple, molasses) and order bottomless jugs of various pancake mixes for about $5 per person. You can order extras like eggs, bacon, ham, and toppings like chocolate chips. blueberries, banana etc if you want to. Bottomless coffee is a must as well. My wife is vegan and they also offer a vegan/gluten free pancake mixture.

After about 3/4 of an hour when you are feeling totally bloated you give up and stumble outside where you can walk off the excess weight (a little) around the beautiful State Park and lake.

Highly recommended.
